Dissonances between Teachers’ Beliefs and Practices of Formative Assessment in EFL Classes

Abstract: This qualitative study investigates multi-cases of junior high school English teachers to reveal the dissonances between teachers' beliefs and practices of formative assessment in EFL classes viewed from different Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
