To improve the quality and energy indicators on the front plow in front of the housings, the angle axes are installed in the form of a triangular wedge. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the parameters of the angle-lift of the front plow, which provides high-quality performance of the technological process according to agrotechnical requirements with the lowest energy costs for smooth, rowless plowing. The research uses the laws and rules of theoretical mechanics, mathematical statistics, mathematical planning of experiments, and methods of strain measurement, as well as the methods given in existing regulatory documents. Based on the study of the process of interaction of the carbon monoxide with the soil, analytical dependences are obtained that allow us to determine the parameters of the carbon monoxide. According to the results of theoretical and experimental studies, it was found that the required quality of tillage with a front plow following the established agrotechnical requirements with minimal energy consumption is provided at the height of 22 cm, a length of 27 cm, a wing angle of 32° and an angle of inclination of the side face of 36°.

Subsoils are widely used on tillage and combination machines. The tiller of the combined machine for preparing the soil for sowing melons and gourds carries out strip loosening of the subsoil layers. The study aims to theoretically determine the traction resistance of a soil deepener of a combined machine for preparing the soil for sowing melons and gourds. The study uses the basic provisions of mathematics, theoretical mechanics, and agricultural mechanics. In studies, it is assumed that the destruction of the soil under the influence of the drill bit occurs by separation. The total traction resistance of the subsoiler was determined as the sum of the resistance of the rack and the bit. An analytical expression has been obtained to determine the traction resistance of a tilting machine with an inclined stand, depending on its design, technological parameters, and the physical and mechanical properties of the soil. As a result of theoretical studies, it was found that the traction resistance of the soil deepener is mainly influenced by its design parameters, the depth of soil cultivation, the physical and mechanical properties of the soil, and the speed of the machine.

Ripper for processing slope fields

The purpose of the study is to substantiate the parameters of a spherical disk working body. New technology of tillage of slope fields that prevent water erosion, a design scheme of a ripper for its implementation is presented. The ripper consists of lower and upper working bodies of the “paraglider” type and a spherical disk. The study applied the laws and rules of theoretical mechanics, agricultural mechanics, mathematical statistics, and methods of strain measurement and the methods given in the existing regulatory documents (TSt 63.04.2001, TSt 63.03.2001). The new technology of tillage of slope fields makes it possible to form step ridges on the surface of the arable land and on the bottom of the furrow, which protects the soil of the slopes from water erosion. It is established that when the diameter of the spherical disk of 510 mm, the curvature radius of 56 mm, tilt angle relative to the direction of motion of 28-30° to the vertical at an angle of 17-18°, the transverse and longitudinal distance between the disc and work on the bottom ripper respectively 30 and 20 cm ensures the formation of ridges on the surface of the field according to agrotechnical requirements at a minimum cost of energy.
