Junction-less field effect transistors, also known as JLFETs, are widely regarded as the most promising candidate to replace the conventional metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistors (MOSFETs) currently used in integrated circuit technology. These FETs are less likely to have short channel effects (SCEs) than devices with junctions, as shown by their remarkable subthreshold slope and drain induced barrier lowering (DIBL). Due to its gate coupling, the gate-all-around (GAA) JLFET is a better contender to uphold Moore's law than other existing device architectures and regular JLFET, allowing more precise channel tuning. Among GAA and JLFET at the same technology node, the SCE is kept to a minimum in GAA. Until now, no comprehensive review of the various JLFET structures and modeling techniques for the analysis of their various device parameters have been provided in a single resource. From device evaluation and application to qualitative and quantitative parameter analysis studies likewise subthreshold swing, DIBL and switching ratio, this review provides comprehensive information on the various structures of Junctionless and GAA JLFETs. Furthermore, various device modeling techniques of JLFETs for enhancing the device's characteristics and its application in various semiconductor industries are provided.

Blind people cannot do things like navigate on their own, recognize objects, or avoid obstacles because they cannot see where they are going or what is around them. In the future, there will be an article about a new visual aid for people who are completely deaf or blind. As a result, the Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+ was chosen because it is cheap, small, and easy to work with other systems. This model was made to show how the prototype would work and how it would look. The system's obstacle avoidance configuration includes a camera and other sensors and object detection and tracking algorithms to help it avoid things. People can use ultrasonic technology and a camera to figure out how far away they are from a specific object or person, so they can figure out how far away they are.As an extra layer of protection, the GPS system tracks people's movements who cannot see. The products will be lightweight and easy to move, making them easy to move. Regular eyeglasses can be used as a base for these glasses so that you do not have to spend extra money or make things more complicated. Using this idea to make eyeglasses would be easy, and it would not make them more expensive or more complicated. The price or complexity of eyeglasses would not change if we made one of these products, so it would be easy to put one in.

The high‐frequency circuits used in communication systems significantly depend on the functioning of the Phase‐Locked Loop (PLL). The power consumption is traded with the performance in the high‐frequency PLL. The proposed robust Phase and Frequency Detector (PFD) has multiple benefits of low‐power and reliable functioning at high frequency. The PFD highly contributes to the stable performance of the PLL, and this work proposes a 10T PFD for low‐power. The proposed PFD employs Gate Diffusion Input (GDI) logic based D‐flip flop and the pass transistor logic in the reset path to reduce power consumption. The PFD uses only 10 transistors, enabling a faster reset path and consuming less power at high frequencies. The 10T PFD was designed using 90 nm CMOS PDKs and simulated using CADENCE Specter for functional verification and performance analysis. The 10T PFD achieved a reset time of 61.4 ps at 3 GHz alongside a power consumption of 189.2 nW. Also, the overall power consumption of PLL using the proposed PFD at 3 GHz was demonstrating the effectiveness of 10T PFD over other conventional PFDs.
