“…There is, therefore, no guidance on the objectives, contents, methodology and workload, as each institution is responsible for that organization. Neglect regarding the structuring of the Libras discipline among the undergraduate courses of the different HEIs can cause, for example, superficial teaching, which only complies with the law and does not meet students´ learning needs in the health field (27) .
