Custo de educação continuada para equipe de enfermagem de um hospital universitário público

Abstract

http://dx.doi.org/10.5216/ree.v14i2.14540O presente estudo propôs-se a determinar o custo direto e indireto dos treinamentos de educação continuada realizados para a equipe de enfermagem. Trata-se de estudo transversal, de abordagem quantitativa. Os dados foram coletados a partir dos registros da Divisão de Educação e Pesquisa em Enfermagem de um hospital universitário público, no período de junho de 2009 a maio de 2010. Os dados obtidos foram processados eletronicamente no programa Microsoft Excel 2003. Observou-se que durante o período do estudo foram realizados 22 programas de educação continuada, totalizando um custo de 10.256,56 reais; deste valor, 86,42% foram custos diretos e 13,58%, custos indiretos. Houve uma média de 35 participantes e dez horas de duração por treinamento. Este estudo aponta a necessidade dos serviços de saúde conhecerem os custos dos programas de treinamento e a importância do investimento na formação e aprimoramento de recursos humanos.
