Este texto se centra en las experiencias de economía solidaria producidas en el sistema público de salud mental, a través de la creación artística y cultural. Su objetivo es analizar la acción de estas iniciativas, entre el Estado y la sociedad civil, movilizando recursos para uso común. En el contexto de los procesos de reforma psiquiátrica y la adopción de asociaciones y elementos comunes en los servicios de salud mental, analizamos las prácticas de la red de atención psicosocial con la sociedad civil, que revalorizan los espacios culturales y llevan a los ciudadanos a ocupar la ciudad. Se concluye que la racionalidad política de los bienes comunes se activa, a través de la autogestión cooperativa, con el potencial de democratizar los territorios en las ciudades, generando interacciones recíprocas
