The goal of this research is to present the ideas and views of teacher candidates in the department of classroom education about an ideal physical sciences class. Qualitative research model was used in the process of forming the study, during which interviews with classroom teacher candidates were held; the obtained data is presented in the study through descriptive analysis. Study group of the research involves a total of 40 teacher candidates who studied in Sivas Cumhuriyet University, Faculty of education, Department of Basic Education, Classroom Education; students involved in the study were at 4th grade during 2018-2019 fall semester and had taken Science and Technology teaching I and Science and Technology teaching II lessons. Teacher candidate interview form, which was created by the researcher, was used in the study as the data collection tool. At the end of research, views of teacher candidates were divided into three basic categories; these categories are: Positive teacher features for an ideal physical sciences class, Negative teacher features in physical sciences class and Issues that should be researched and focused by a teacher for an ideal physical sciences class. The study presents prospective detailed viewpoints of teacher candidates about physical sciences teaching after they had received science teaching lessons.

This study aimed to investigate a performance development model of the certified teachers at private vocational schools through school principal leadership, working environment, and teachers' alleviating motivation.Research Method: This research was conducted using a descriptive correlation approach with a multiple regression analysis. The data were collected using a purposive random sampling technique with total respondents of 118 certified teachers from various private vocational schools in Tegal, Central Java, Indonesia. The data were gathered through questionnaires and then analyzed using SPSS 12.

This research was conducted to obtain an overview of the oral communication skills of teacher candidates in Screencast O Matic-based lectures. This research is quantitative descriptive. The research subjects were 25 students of the Biology Education Study Program at the University of Timor who programmed basic teaching skills courses. The instrument used was an observation sheet and an oral communication skill rubric developed by Pramudiyanti (2019). The data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the oral communication skills of teachers candidate during the implementation of Screencast O Maticbased lectures were in the proficient category. This is due to the potential for Screencast O Maticbased lectures in maximizing the active involvement of prospective teachers during lectures. However, among the four indicators of oral communication skills, indicators of voice clarity, material clarity, and response to the audience are in the proficient category, while the calm category is still in the basic category. The recommendation from this research is that Screencast O Matic-based lectures can be combined with other strategies that support the optimization of teacher candidates' oral communication skills.
