A new route for caesium lead halide perovskite deposition

Abstract: Inorganic metal halide perovskites are relevant semiconductors for optoelectronic devices. The successful deposition of thin films of CsPbBr3 and CsPbCl3 has recently been obtained by Radio-Frequency magnetron sputtering.
