The present study aims to analyze the interest of Accounting undergraduate students in the field of Accounting Management as well as the main factors that influence this interest. The understanding of the interest and main factors can contribute to the development of accounting education in the area of managerial accounting. A descriptive research with a quantitative approach was done, collecting the data from survey with a questionnaire. The sample consists of 149 Accounting students from four colleges located in Uberlândia-MG/Brazil. To evaluate the results, we opted for exploratory factor analysis. It was found that the factors that motivate students' interest in the area of Management Accounting demonstrate five different characterizations: Expertise on Managerial Accounting; Interest in a career in this field; personal interest in the area of Management Accounting, Quality of teachers form students view of point and Theory vs Practice Relevance. These five identified factors explain 63.93% of the variations of the original measurements, which indicates a good level of data representation. The results of this study contribute to higher education institutions, as these colleges can evaluate the inclusion of management accounting subjects in the curriculum of Accounting undergraduate courses, as well as analyze the students' interest in this area.

Resumo Este estudo objetiva verificar se a percepção de justiça em relação às dimensões dos Sistemas de Controle Gerencial aumenta o comprometimento e a confiança dos gestores. Para tal, foi realizada pesquisa de natureza descritiva por meio de levantamento, tendo como população as 500 empresas listadas entre as Melhores e Maiores da Revista Exame, das quais 180 aceitaram participar do estudo, e a amostra constituiu-se dos 67 respondentes. O instrumento de pesquisa utilizado compõe-se de 26 assertivas, com escalas de medidas intervalares Likert de sete pontos. As hipóteses enunciadas na pesquisa foram testadas com aplicação da técnica estatística de análise multivariada denominada Modelagem de Equações Estruturais. Os resultados da pesquisa demonstram que o princípio da controlabilidade e a utilização de múltiplos indicadores de desempenho aumentam a percepção de justiça distributiva e processual; a percepção de justiça das dimensões interacional e processual aumenta o comprometimento dos gestores; e a confiança dos gestores é influenciada pela percepção de justiça distributiva e interacional. Com base nesses resultados, conclui-se que o comprometimento e a confiança dos gestores podem ser fatores atitudinais e comportamentais preponderantes na diminuição de ações retaliatórias causadas pelo sentimento de injustiça organizacional.

As Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais do MEC definem as áreas específicas dos conteúdos de formação profissional que devem ser contempladas na organização curricular dos cursos de graduação no Brasil. Porém não sugerem ou detalham quais conteúdos devem ser oferecidos em cada área. Nesse sentido, o objetivo deste trabalho é propor o conteúdo programático para a área temática de Finanças nos cursos de graduação em Administração. Para o alcance desse objetivo, foram analisados as matrizes curriculares e os planos de ensino das disciplinas de Finanças dos cursos de graduação em Administração, com as melhores notas no ENADE. Com base nesse levantamento, foram elaboradas sete disciplinas com os conteúdos de formação profissional da área, totalizando 560 horas/aula, distribuídas na matriz curricular e de acordo com os seus objetivos: apresentação das finanças corporativas e das finanças pessoais, decisões financeiras de curto e longo prazo, análise econômica financeira, planejamento financeiro e estratégias financeiras.
