Resumo O ensino superior em saúde exerce papel fundamental na sociedade porque os egressos dos cursos ofertados na área serão os futuros prestadores de assistência à população. O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar publicações na literatura a respeito da graduação na área da saúde, cuja metodologia foi uma revisão narrativa, com 51 materiais selecionados na base de dados da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (enfocados na graduação, metodologias de ensino e relação teoria-prática). Os resultados mostraram a importân-cia de atrelar teoria e prática e divergências em relação às metodologias de ensino, com a necessidade de um olhar crítico sobre elas, além de fragilidades na formação pedagógica de docentes. Conclui-se que o dissenso quanto às metodologias de ensino e a preocupação com a formação de discentes e docentes mostra a necessidade de realizar debates de modo a socializar experiências e ideias nesse importante campo do conhecimento que deem respostas às necessidades sociais. AbstractHigher education in health plays a fundamental role in society because the graduates of the courses offered in this area will be the future providers of care to the population. This study aimed to analyze publications in the literature regarding undergraduate work in health, the methodology of which was a narrative review, with 51 stories selected in the Virtual Library in Health database (focused on undergraduate education, teaching methods, and the theory-practice relation). The results showed the importance of connecting theory and practice, the differences in teaching methodologies -which must be analyzed critically -, and the weaknesses in the pedagogical training of teachers. It was concluded that the dissent with regard to the teaching methodologies and concern with the training of teachers and students shows the need for discussions to socialize experiences and ideas in this important field of knowledge and to meet social needs.

Objective To review the literature on experiences of the use of psychodrama in medical education in Brazil. Methods Papers published between 2003 and 2013 were identified in the main databases. Results Seven papers were identified. Role playing and sociodrama were the psychodrama techniques reported. They were used to address aspects of relationships such as emotions and behavior and to improve some communication and clinical skills. Psychodrama provided the students with opportunities for critical reflection, questioning of professional practices and sharing of experiences, and also decreased their anxiety and fear. Role playing was used among students and among teachers undergoing academic development, while sociodrama was only used among students. Conclusions There are still few papers reporting on experiences from the use of psychodrama in Brazilian medical schools.

Resumo O objetivo geral do estudo foi investigar limites e possibilidades da aprendizagem baseada em problemas na formação do fisioterapeuta. O estudo caracterizou-se como pesquisa de natureza qualitativa, com os dados coletados por meio de entrevistas e questionários realizados com docentes e discentes de um curso de fisioterapia, além de observações em sala de aula. Os dados foram analisados por meio da análise de conteúdo. Os três blocos temáticos definidos a priori trataram da concepção do processo saúde-doença, percepção e enfoque do currí-culo. Por fim, indicamos como limites na formação do fisioterapeuta a percepção do processo saúde-doença, falta de bases teóricas, falta de participação dos alunos, diferença de personalidades e estudo individualizado. As potencialidades apontadas relacionam-se a: boa comunicação, trabalho em conjunto promovendo habilidades profissionais, interajuda e discussão de assuntos, como a integração dos conteúdos e o estudo independente. Este trabalho apresentou indícios de que nas formações investigadas há mais limites do que possibilidades no que se refere à formação de um profissional mais crítico, reflexivo e humanista. Ainda reconhecemos a possibilidade do Problem-Based Learning como prática pedagógica em prol de uma formação mais humana e crítica. Palavras-chave formação profissional; aprendizagem baseada em problemas; fisioterapia.Abstract The overall objective of the study was to investigate limits and possibilities of problem-based learning in the training of the physiotherapist. The study is characterized as qualitative research, and data were collected through interviews and questionnaires conducted with teachers and students of a physical therapy course, in addition to classroom observations. The data were analyzed based on content analysis. The three thematic blocks defined in advance addressed the health-disease process conception, perception, and focus of the curriculum. Finally, we indicate the perception of the health-disease process, the lack of theoretical bases, of student participation, the difference in personalities, and individualized study as limits in the physiotherapist's training. The potentialities pointed out relate to good communication, joint work promoting professional skills, mutual help, and discussion of subjects, such as content integration, and independent studies. This study showed signs that in the training investigated there are more limits than possibilities regarding forming a more critical, reflective, and humanistic professional. We also recognize the possibility of Problem-Based Learning as pedagogical practice in favor of a more humane and critical training.
