Análise da relação entre aptidões cerebrais e competências gerenciais: o caso de uma empresa têxtil

Abstract: Relacionar modelos mentais com competências gerenciais pode ser um fator de vantagem competitiva para as organizações. Baseado neste pressuposto, o objetivo deste artigo é relacionar aptidões cerebrais dominantes com competências gerenciais exigidas em determinados setores de uma empresa, a partir de uma abordagem metodológica descritiva quantitativa.
