Eficiência técnica e econômica de quatro empresas de produção de leite da região de São Carlos, SP

Abstract: Avaliaram-se os índices zootécnicos, os custos de produção e a rentabilidade de quatro empresas de produção de leite tipo B, no Estado de São Paulo, no período de maio de 1995 a abril de 1996. Foram feitas análise descritiva e comparação entre as empresas. Alta produtividade significou maior benefício econômico.
