Perceptions of health professionals on social inclusion in a Psychosocial Care Center

Objective: to understand the perceptions of the technical team about social inclusion in the Psychosocial Care Center. Methods: qualitative research, developed with 20 health professionals. A semi-structured interview technique and non-participant observation were used. Data analyzed through the descending hierarchical classification and content thematic analysis, processed in the Analyse Lexicale par Contexte d'un Ensemble de Segments de Texte software. Results: three categories emerged: Social inclusion, family participation in inclusion/ exclusion and income generation; Therapeutic activities: inclusion inside and outside the Psychosocial Care Center; and Challenges of inclusion: service management and professional training. Conclusion: prejudice or discrimination in this field, coupled with the difficulties of support of the management with service and stiffening of the work process with centrality in the psychiatric consultation, jeopardize attempts at rehabilitation and social inclusion of users and families. Métodos: pesquisa qualitativa, desenvolvida com 20 profissionais de saúde. Utilizaram-se a técnica de entrevista semiestruturada e a observação não participante. Dados analisados por meio da classificação hierárquica descendente e análise temática de conteúdo, processados no software Analyse Lexicale par Contexte d'un Ensemble de Segments de Texte. Resultados: emergiram-se três categorias: Inclusão social: participação familiar na inclusão/exclusão e a geração de renda; Atividades terapêuticas: inclusão "dentro e fora" do Centro de Atenção Psicossocial; e Desafios da inclusão: gestão do serviço e capacitação profissional. Conclusão: o preconceito ou a discriminação neste campo, aliado às dificuldades de apoio da gestão com serviço e "engessamento" do processo de trabalho com centralidade na consulta psiquiátrica, prejudica as tentativas de reabilitação e inclusão social de usuários e famílias.

Objective: to understand how health service professionals involved in the care of users in psychic distress perceive the organization of the Psychosocial Care Network (RAPS -Rede de Atenção Psicossocial) in the western region of the city of São Paulo. Method: qualitative approach study conducted with 123 professionals with higher education who work in the care points of the network. A semi-structured interview was performed and data were submitted to the Alceste program for lexical analysis. Results: the network is in process of alignment with the mental health policy and the psychosocial rehabilitation strategy. However, the weaknesses in the work process of teams are related to defi cits in human resources, structure, and communication, and to the limited appropriation of their guidelines. Final considerations: there are intense efforts of workers to weave the network, and barriers need to be overcome to support successful actions in mental health care in the territory.

Resumo Introdução Na perspectiva de formação para a construção de práticas pertinentes a um modelo de atenção embasado pela lógica psicossocial, que tem como norte a produção de cidadania, autonomia e inclusão social, utilizamos como proposta de intervenção no âmbito do Programa de Educação pelo Trabalho para a Saúde/Redes, junto a um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial Álcool e outras Drogas, as técnicas do Teatro do Oprimido, para promover o protagonismo dos participantes e possibilitar a identificação e o enfrentamento de suas necessidades e das diversas situações de opressão que vivenciaram. Objetivo Buscamos apresentar o trabalho realizado com as técnicas do Teatro do Oprimido e refletir sobre a sua potencialidade no contexto da Atenção Psicossocial. Método Trata-se de um relato de experiência em que foi utilizado o método da narração descritiva para apresentar o processo de realização das oficinas e, posteriormente, as situações e intervenções ocorridas nas oficinas e processos das mostras. Resultados A proposta resultou em três mostras do Teatro do Oprimido, “iniciando um caminho contra as opressões”, “desvelando opressões”, e “se correr o bicho pega, se ficar o bicho come!”. Conclusões A atuação com o Teatro do Oprimido no CAPS-ad se configurou como um trabalho de caráter clínico e político, com atuação sobre a realidade concreta dos protagonistas de suas próprias histórias encenadas. A potencialidade dessa experiência em busca da cidadania contribuiu no sentido de provocar reflexões e críticas que podem vir a qualificar ações em prol do paradigma psicossocial no Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS).
