Relato de experiência de intervenção do projeto Teatro do oprimido na saúde mental em um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial (CAPS) de Fortaleza, Ceará, Brasil, no qual descrevemos como esta ferramenta é capaz de contribuir para o fortalecimento da participação social. O projeto foi elaborado por um grupo de residentes e preceptores da Residência Integrada em Saúde, com ênfase em Saúde Mental Coletiva, da Escola de Saúde Pública do Ceará. Utilizamos a pesquisa qualitativa. Em face do difícil contexto de efetivação da política de saúde mental no município, percebemos que a arte pode contribuir para a construção de uma atenção em saúde efetiva, emancipatória e apta a acolher as diversidades. Na nossa ótica, o teatro do oprimido é uma ferramenta importante para fortalecer a participação social e para reinventá-la, problematizando estigmas e impulsionando a garantia de direitos.
ResumoUm coletivo em formação na área da Psicologia. a Instalação 18 de maio no campus de uma Universidade Pú-blica. a análise Institucional como temática de uma disciplina de teorias e técnicas de pesquisa em Psicologia. Esses três elementos construíram um campo onde as técnicas do teatro do Oprimido e a construção conceitual das palavras geradoras, de Paulo Freire, problematizaram a produção da loucura a partir de uma pesquisa/intervenção. O trabalho aqui apresentado, que aborda questões-limite da desistitucionalização da loucura, possibilitou perceber como a sociedade construiu um espaço institucionalizado da doença mental que ultrapassa os muros dos manicômios formando subjetividades. a experiência com estudantes de Psicologia proporcionou um momento de formação profissional dialógico e de reflexão crítica das práticas sociais com os sujeitos encarcerados como 'desviantes da ordem', e, facilitou o aprendizado do manejo da teoria e das ferramentas da análise Institucional, reafirmando uma importante perspectiva técnica de intervenção social.Palavras-chave: luta antimanicomial; análise institucional; formação profissional; teatro do oprimido.Abstract a collective training in psychology. Setup May 18 on a campus of a public university. the theme of institutional analysis as a discipline of theories and research techniques in psychology. these three elements have built a field where the techniques of Theatre of the Oppressed and the conceptual construction of generative words, by Paulo Freire, problematized the production of madness from a research / intervention. the paper presented here, addressing the limits of madness deinstitutionalization, allowed to see how the society built an institutionalized space of the mental illness that goes beyond the walls of mental institutions forming subjectivities. the experience with students of psychology provided a moment of dialogic training and critical reflection on social practices with incarcerated persons as "deviants from the order", and facilitated the learning of theory and tools of institutional analysis application, confirming a major technical perspective of social intervention.
