Reforma do Estado e as Mudanças Organizacionais no Setor Saúde

Abstract: Este trabalho discute as transformações nos modos de encarar as funções de Estado, que vêm orientando a agenda de reformas na década de 90. Aponta as implicações institucionais desse processo para o setor saúde, enfatizando os dilemas de justiça distributiva que as organizações públicas terão de enfrentar em decorrência das mudanças no modelo de gestão autárquico.
