OBJETIVO: Examinar el enfoque adoptado por los planes de salud de las comunidades autónomas de España verificando el peso otorgado al concepto de equidad; detectar a qué colectivos o situaciones se hace referencia; así como distinguir la perspectiva de abordaje del mismo, desde el acceso, la igualación o la equiparación. MÉTODOS: Estudio cualitativo, de análisis de contenido mediante Nvivo12, realizado en 2020 sobre planes de salud en vigencia a fecha de 2019 en las diferentes regiones (comunidades autónomas) de España. Se han recopilado 16 planes de salud regionales vigentes para establecer categorías base (equidad, accesibilidad e igualdad) y determinar términos asociados a través de Nvivo12, a partir de los que se realizó un análisis de contenido. RESULTADOS: El concepto de equidad no resulta destacado por los planes de salud autonómicos y su relevancia es superada por los conceptos de accesibilidad e igualdad. El empleo de estos tres conceptos está asociado a diversas categorías que connotan circunstancias, condiciones o colectivos a los que los planes prestan mayor atención. CONCLUSIONES: Los resultados obtenidos coinciden con estudios previos sobre los contenidos y orientación de los planes de salud, revelando una presencia discreta del concepto de equidad en los enfoques adoptados, sin que ello menoscabe el alineamiento de las políticas de salud respecto de las visiones emanadas de organizaciones transnacionales. Se detecta la existencia de un colectivo al que se presta especial atención desde el enfoque de accesibilidad, la población con diversidad funcional.

OBJECTIVE: To describe the scope and limitations of the main strategies of cooperation in health, adopted between 2005 and 2017, in the context of the triple border Brazil, Colombia and Peru. METHOD: Single, explanatory, qualitative, integrated case study carried out in 2017, in the context of the triple Amazon border, Brazil, Colombia and Peru, in the city of Tabatinga, state of Amazonas, Brazil. Our sources of evidence were: documentary data; interviews with health managers of the State Health Secretariats of Amazonas and Municipal Health of Tabatinga, Municipal Health Council of Tabatinga and Consulate of Peru in Colombia; and direct observations in four health services of Tabatinga. Data were organized with MaxQDA12® software. RESULTS: Data analyzed showed that, during the study period, the Brazilian federal government made several health cooperation agreements with both Peru and Colombia and that the state government of Amazonas undertook strategies to improve the health conditions of the dwellers of Tabatinga and the region of Alto Solimões, which indirectly reached the populations of neighboring countries, supporting the interrelationships between the countries of the region. Regarding the municipal government, we verified the existence of health integration agreements, established informally, to minimize the adversities of the local health. CONCLUSION: The cooperation strategies in health adopted in the triple Amazon border have different purposes, benefits and limitations. It is noteworthy that the existence of cooperation agreements between the federal governments of Brazil, Colombia and Peru and the presence of informal cooperation agreements between the municipal governments of Tabatinga (Brazil), Leticia (Colombia) and Santa Rosa (Peru). The limitations of this study are the lack of knowledge of local managers about the cooperation agreements established between federal governments and the lack of legitimacy of the informal agreements established by the Tabatinga government.

The interaction between knowledge management and technology transfer: a current literature review between 2013 and 2018

The underlying challenges of knowledge management and technology transfer and their respective contributions to the development of society are well-known and widely discussed issues in business management. This paper aims to (1) build on the state-of-the art literature on knowledge management and technology transfer, (2) to identify the most relevant, recent studies, and main researchers working on the field worldwide, and (3) to unveil topics of recent development in the field, as well as overlap the themes. To this end, Web of Science, ScienceDirect and Scopus databases were screened for studies that explored the relevance of knowledge management and technology transfer. This research focused on the most recent studies comprising the periods of 2013-2018, while employing Metodi Ordinatio as a quality ranking method, producing thus 50 studies submitted for further analysis and appraisal. The study sought to analyze the co-occurrence of keywords on the theme, the number of citations, number of publications per country, year and journal, and the overlap between areas. This paper also enabled an analysis of the steps required for knowledge management and their relationship to technology transfer. The results showed that most studies focused on the private sector and on technology transfer for attaining innovation, customer orientation and acquiring technological abilities. The university-industry relationship was also observed, in which the focus is on universities creating and transferring knowledge in order to foment the economic and technological power of industries. The findings can assist public and private companies, non-governmental organizations, university and industry applications in terms of knowledge management and technology transfer.
