Now there is a motivation for creation of the materials possessing a considerable difference of physical and chemical properties in volume of composite materials 1 . Composite materials allow realizing a complex of various properties which cannot be realized simultaneously in mono material. The perspective in reception of a new smart nanomaterial is basically defined by possibilities which create processing conditions Choosing and manufacturing of fibers refers to the second stage of composite material reinforcement. Process of assemblage of a composite material from the details made at first two stages of process refers to the third stage. But at each stage of process of manufacturing of a composite material there are specific problems. The basic problem at composite material creation, as a rule, is essential contradictions between engineering solutions for various stages of process.

Work related to the development of metal composite materials using effect of super-deep penetration (SDP) of powder particles. Composite materials are obtained from usual casting billets. During SDP process powder particles work as needles and the fibers are formed in metal matrix under dynamic interaction between powder particles and matrix material. Researchers showed high non-uniformity of the chemical composition of the processed material. Material was doped with a high amount of alloying elements at SDP. It may explain specific mechanical and chemical properties of the structure of this new composite material.

Search of new physical tools for change of structure and properties in volume of a solid body an actual problem is. A composite material at which the chemical compound is constant on all volume, it is possible to make. Reinforcing devices in this material are the structures differing from matrix material on micro- and nano levels. If little-studied phenomenon - the superdeep penetration to use as the physical tool much factorial action in volume of a matrix material is implemented. Thus the design of a specific composite material and unusual properties can be received.

Features of penetration into copper barrier and in the barrier made of iron alloys are viewed. At creation of "channel" elements initiation is viewed. Regulation of superdeep penetration due to preliminary refrigeration strikers and barrier up to-1960С is shown. Expenses of energy for superdeep penetration are reduced ≈ 180 times.
