Author’s methodology of forming modeling skills involves 4 steps: Step 1 – the teacher step by step constructs the curve by means of cloud based service GeoGebra; Step 2 – the teacher offers a description-definition of the curve and provides a ready-made algorithm by which students model the curve independently in GeoGebra; Step 3 – the teacher offers an algorithm for constructing a curve model, and students need to characterize the properties of the curve or give its definition based on the results, Step 4 – students are offered definitions of curves that they have to model in GeoGebra). An example of realization of the author’s methodology is given, the pedagogical experiment on proof of its effectiveness is described.
The country's participation in the processes of high technology development and transfer depends on: the level of its socio-economic development; the effectiveness of identifying innovative priorities; the developing an international strategy. This necessitates the development of theoretical foundations and practical recommendations for countries' participation in high technology development processes in the global innovation system. We propose to consider high technology analysis as an analysis of public policy (interpretive analytics) and research in science and technology and technology assessment. Recently, an approach has come to the fore, in which it is necessary to focus not so much on absolute leaders who have already built their own chain of creation of innovations (from basic research to competitive companies), but more to develop their own unique competencies. The factor of formation of competitive innovative systems is creation of unique innovative environment on the basis of combination of technological basis, innovative economy and socio-cultural system. Keywords: innovation policy, high technology, innovative landscapes, clusters, human resources, technology transfer
The analysis of tax planning tools proved the feasibility of using the criteria: the essence of the tax burden on the enterprise and the stage of the tax planning process. The first criterion relates to the value of transaction costs, such as "price of obedience to law" and "price of independence". This led to the study of the integrated assessment of the tax load. The article proves that the taxes reduction in the amount of transaction costs does not lead to a decrease in all transaction costs, and therefore proposed the technology of developing non-periodic plans with the calculation of indicators of control and regulation of individual types of taxes. Analytical models were used to plan the tax expenditures: a model for calculating the extreme value in the presence of one main goal and meeting the set limits, and a model for calculating the extreme value in the presence of several goals and meeting the set limits.
The authors raise the problem of informational influences on young people, who are often thoughtless consumers of Internet content, and actualize the need to train young people in the skills of information hygiene. According to the results of the student survey, the trustworthiness of young people to information content and the lack of ideas about the possible negative impact of information technologies, computer applications, social networks, and services on their health were confirmed. The author's special course on information hygiene is described as a tool for developing youth's ability to resist informational influences. It is shown how the tasks of the special course are achieved: to form a responsible attitude toward the consumption of information content; develop the ability to counteract destructive influences based on emotional colouring (psychological manipulations, propaganda, disinformation, etc.); develop practical skills to verify media products for their critical evaluation; to improve the skills of protecting one's own information space. The methods and tools of learning that contribute to solving the tasks are described. The results of the pedagogical experiment are presented, which confirm the effectiveness of the developed special course.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
