The research is done at the financial support of Russian Foundation for Humanities within the research project № 14-02-00119 The article presents the results of diagnostics of dynamic stability of NPOs. Methodical approaches to the assessment of external and internal stability of non-profit organizations are presented. The results of done diagnosis of external sustainability of NPOs in the framework of dynamic and transactional approaches indicate "weak" sustainability of NPOs. Factors destabilizing external sustainability are described. According to the evaluation of structural factors of internal stability of NPOs, a trend of increasing project activity of NPOs and growth of innovation in the nonprofit sector in 2011-2014 is shown, which is considered by experts as a cause for increasing the resistance of NPOs.
The article presents the results of the study of the components of the inner stability of NPOs in the case of daily practice in 2011-2014, three non-profit organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan (RT), various forms included in the register of NPOs. On the basis of monitoring of sites of NPOs, study of primary documents, expert survey the analysis of the components of internal sustainability of NPOs was conducted: management, internal image, staff, finance, services, and marketing. It is revealed: in the given time period there is no substantial transformation of internal sustainability of NPOs; non-profit organizations of various forms of type differentiation demonstrate sustainability; project management structure of the organization and the "quality" of the internal image and human capital in the NPO work to achieve internal stability of institutions. Reserves to increase the internal stability of NPOs are indicated: expansion of services on the basis of marketing technologies.

The results of empirical testing types and forms of inter-sectoral allocation of so-cial partnership with the positioning of the nonprofit sector and research sustainability of NGOs in the Russian Federation.
The article reveals the essence and characteristics of social entrepreneurship based on a review of theoretical developments in the foreign and domestic science for the identification and isolation of business functions in a comparative analysis of the social enterprise. Such characteristics of social entrepreneurship are marked as socially responsible risk, social transformation through the implementation of social innovations, focus on the target group — people who are in difficult life situation. Social enterprise functions are allocated: creating social value, through the involvement of the target group in business; innovation; altruism.
The article presents the results of a study of accessibility and quality of services submitted by customers from socially oriented non-profit organizations (SO NFOs). We describe a methodical approach to the assessment of the availability and quality of public services of NFOs on the basis of generalization of existing developments. The mass survey of consumers was conducted - clients of NFOs (July 2016) by quota sample (200 people in Tatarstan), including clients from NFOs working in Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny. The study revealed high satisfaction of services by customers of SO NFOs, indicating that non-profit organizations have the potential to meet the needs of the population through the production of services. Obtained from respondents assessment of structure of SO NFOs services with a predominance of activities, information and educational services indicate of the possible development of social services related to the implementation of technologies of social work with different categories of population.
