Indirect Governance and Nonprofit Sector: Russian Practice in the Context of Foreign Experience

Abstract

According to research by foreign scientists in the past two decades in international de-sign practices is a change of government, that is the methodological foundation in the concept of indirect government. The article reveals the essence of indirect instruments and government. Described positioning of the nonprofit sector in the indirect public admini-stration. The results of empirical testing types and forms of inter-sectoral allocation of so-cial partnership with the positioning of the nonprofit sector and research sustainability of NGOs in the Russian Federation.
