В работе получено решение задачи о наименьшем типе при порядке ∈ (0; 1) целых функций с положительными нулями в специальном классе, выделяемом условиями на верхнюю и нижнюю усредненные-плотности нулей. Библиография: 20 названий. Введение. В подавляющем числе работ, так или иначе использующих теорию целых функций одной переменной, встречаются функции с "правильным" поведением. В основном, это функции вполне регулярного роста, начало изучению которых было положено в середине прошлого века А. Пфлюгером и Левиным (см., например, [1]). Выяснилось, что регулярность роста целой функции равносильна существованию определенного рода плотности ее нулей. Изучение связи между асимптотическими характеристиками роста целой функции и особенностями распределения ее нулей на плоскости составляет важную ветвь комплексного анализа, интенсивное развитие которой продолжается и в наши дни. Необходимо, однако, отметить, что ряд естественных задач, возникающих в теории аппроксимации, аналитического продолжения, теории операторов и других вопросах, содержательны в случае отсутствия "асимптотически правильного" поведения появляющихся в ходе исследования целых функций. Решение именно таких задач сопряжено с экстремальными проблемами в различных классах целых функций, определяемых ограничениями как на рост, так и на расположение нулей. Экстремальным задачам для характеристик роста целых функций (индикаторов и типов при обычном и уточненном порядках) посвящена обширная литература. В цикле работ Гольдберга (см., к примеру, [2], [3]) с помощью введенного им понятия интеграла по полуаддитивной мере были найдены диапазоны изменения верхнего и нижнего индикаторов целой функции при уточненном порядке с заданными границами изменения верхней и нижней угловых плотностей ее нулей. В статьях Кондратюка [4]-[6] результаты Гольдберга обобщались на случаи других типов плотностей. Несколько специальных экстремальных задач было решено во второй половине прошлого века Левиным [1; гл.
