В последнее время во всем мире уча-стились случаи туберкулеза, что, в первую очередь, связано с массовой неконтролируемой миграцией на-селения стран с менее развитой инфраструктурой в развитые [1].Туберкулез относится к наиболее тяжелым вну-триклеточным инфекциям, вызванным палочками Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Бесконтрольность эпи-демиологического неблагополучия также обусловле-на элементарным отсутствием эффективных лекар-ственных средств для борьбы с этим заболеванием. Применяемые в настоящее время для лечения тубер-кулеза низкомолекулярные синтетические лекарства высокотоксичные и не обладают способностью из-бирательно проникать в фагоциты (пожиратели кле-ток), содержащие возбудитель туберкулеза, к тому же быстро выводятся из организма, не обеспечивая пролонгированного действия, так как они оказывают лишь действие на внеклеточные возбудители тубер-кулеза [1, 2].Поэтому при лечении и для поддержания по-стоянной терапевтической концентрации противо-туберкулёзных препаратов (ПТП) в крови больных требуется многократное введение ПТП, что зачастую сопровождается развитием тяжелых токсико-аллер-гических реакций, приводящих к отказу от терапии или нарушению режимов приемов лекарства. К тому же, регулярный прием противотуберкулезных пре-паратов в большой дозировке приводит к развитию множественной лекарственной устойчивости [3, 4].Наиболее высокой активностью по отношению к микобактериям туберкулеза обладают изониазид и рифампицин. Поэтому стратегия современной хи-миотерапии для пациентов с впервые выявленным туберкулезом строится на использовании сочетания именно этих препаратов. Однако, комбинирование изониазида и рифампицина с другими ПТП (пирази-намид, стрептомицин и этамбутол) позволяет достичь положительных результатов при лечении для боль-шинства пациентов. Наряду с комбинацией моноком-понентных средств, применяются комбинированные ПТП, представляющие собой различные схемы лече-ния препаратами I ряда. На основе противотуберку-лёзных средств первого поколения -ряд изониазида, этамбутола, рифампицин, был разработан препарат «Майрин», обладающий высокой эффективностью.Однако, препарат обладает высокой токсичностью и рядом побочных эффектов (снижение остроты зрения, периферическая нейропатия, головная боль, бессонница, помрачение сознания, галлюцинации, тошнота и др.) [5].На современном этапе стратегическим направле-нием фармацевтики является создание новых проти-вотуберкулезных препаратов, позволяющих снизить как разовую, так и суточную терапевтические дозы, что будет способствовать снижению нагрузки на организм больного и минимизировать их побочное действие. Для решения существующей проблемы применены современные методы модифицирования свойств биологически активных соединений совмест-ным синтезом антибиотика с высокомолекулярными соединениями путем включения в полимеры-носите-ли противотуберкулезные препараты, что позволило целенаправленно изменить их физико-химические и медико-биологические свойства.
