Flooding is a national disaster that often occurs in Indonesia. Flood disasters require long-term and short-term action. In the short-term system, the government currently emphasizes state and private institutions to jointly reduce flood victims by developing a flood disaster early warning system. Therefore, this study discusses the making of flood early warning information systems by utilizing GSM communication systems as a means of communication between clients and servers. The GSM communication service used is the SMS Gateway. The SMS gateway service is used for the first time sending data from a flood detection system to a flood information system. Second, disseminating flood information to the public. In this study, the flood warning system for flood early warning works with the integration of three modes.The three systems are flood detection systems, flood alarm systems, and flood early warning information systems. Flood detection systems are built using ultrasonic sensors and rain sensors as inputs, Arduino Uno as data processors and GSM SIM900 modules as outputs. The alarm system consists of GSM SIM900 module as Input, Arduino Uno as processor and electric alarm as output. The flood early warning information system was built using a Wavecom GSM modem, and data processing using PHP, MySQL DBMS, and Gammu. The communication system between each system uses SMS data. This method as a whole began in a flood detection system that sends flood and rain data to the flood early warning information system. And the flood warning system sends alarm activation data to the alarm system. Finally, the system distributes flood information to the public via SMS Gateway. This research is expected to help the community in anticipating more victims with flood information previously obtained
The aim of this study is to determine the effect of probiotic supplementation in rations containing leubiem fish waste (Chanthidermis Maculatus) on the performance of local duck. The study used 192 female local ducks 8-20 weeks old grower phase. The ducks were allocated into 4 treatments and 4 replications (12 ducks/pen). The female local ducks was fed ration contained 18% crude protein and 2700 kcal/kg metabolizable energy. The experiment used completely randomized design with 4 treatment rations: P1 (basal diet/control); P2 (probiotic supplementation 0,5% in rations containing 10% leubiem fish skin flour); P3 (probiotic supplementation 1% in rations containing 10% leubiem fish head flour); P4 (probiotic supplementation 1,5% in rations containing 10% leubiem fish bone flour). The observed variables were: feed consumption, body weight gain, final body weight, feed conversion, and mortality of local duck. Data were analiyzed by one-way analysis of variance then continued with Duncan test. The results showed that of probiotic supplementation in rations containing leubiem fish waste gave a positive response to the performance of female local duck grower phase. Probiotic supplementation in rations containing leubiem fish waste (skin flour, head and bone) significantly affect (P<0,05) feed consumption, body weight gain, final body weight, and ration conversion, but no significant affect on mortality local duck grower phase. It was concluded that of probiotic supplementation 1% in rations containing leubiem fish waste (skin flour 10%) could to increase body weight gain, final body weight and be able to reduce local duck mortality. Abstrak-Artikel ini membahas tentang metode baru untuk deteksi citra palsu yang dihasilkan dari teknik copy-move. Teknik copy-move merupakan salah satu teknik pemalsuan citra dengan cara mengambil objek tertentu dari citra asli dan menambahkannya pada citra tersebut dengan tujuan untuk menambah jumlah atau merubah objek yang sama pada citra asli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeteksi citra palsu yang dihasilkan oleh teknik copy-move dan citra palsu copy-move yang telah dimodifikasi dengan operasi rotasi dan ekualisasi histogram. Fitur deteksi yang digunakan adalah Ordinal Measure dari koefisien Discrete Cosine Transform (OM-DCT). Pendeteksian dimulai dengan membagi citra ke dalam blok berukuran BxB (B = 16x16, 32x32 dan 64x64) dan DCT 2 dimensi dilakukan pada setiap blok tersebut. Jarak fitur citra asli dengan palsu dihitung dengan persamaan jarak Ecluidian dan setiap fitur yang memiliki jarak lebih kecil atau sama dengan nilai threshold (T) menurut pengamatan akan ditandai sebagai bagian yang dipalsukan. Hasil pendeteksian menunjukkan bahwa ada blok-blok yang terdeteksi pada objek citra yang di-copy-move baik pada citra palsu copy-move yang tidak dimodifikasi ataupun yang telah dimodifikasi dengan operasi rotasi dan ekualisasi histogram. Jumlah blok yang ditemukan pada objek copy-move bervariasi sesuai ukuran blok pendeteksian yang digunakan. Kata kunci : Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT), ordinal measure dari koefisien DCT, copy-move, rotasi, ekualisasi histogram.Abstract-This article discusses a new method for the detection of forgery images generated by copy-move technique. Copy-move technique is one of image forgery techniques which taking a particular object from its original image and add it on that image for the purpose of increasing the number of or changing the same object in the original image. This study aims to detect the forged image generated by the copy-move techniques and copy-move forged image that has been modified by the rotation operation and histogram equalization. Detection feature used is Ordinal Measure of Discrete Cosine Transform coefficient (OM-DCT). Detection starts with division of the image into a block size of BXB (B = 16x16, 32x32 and 64x64) and two-dimensional DCT was performed to each of blocks. The feature distance from the original to the fake image, was calculated by the Euclidian distance and each feature has a distance of less than or equal to the threshold value (T) according to the observations will be marked as a forged part. The results show that there are blocks detected on the copy-move image, whether on the unmodified copy-move forge image or those which modified by the rotation operation and histogram equalization. The number of blocks that are found in the copy-move object varies according to the size of the detection block used.
This paper discusses the web application of the agricultural sector, especially food crops and horticulture which is one sector that drives the wheels of regional economy and the income of the people of North Aceh, Aceh Province, Indonesia. Some agricultural products and food crops that are the leading products in North Aceh Regency are peanuts, long beans, mango, lime, nutmeg and candlenut. The North Aceh regional government does not yet have a web-based application to manage superior products in the agricultural sector. The mechanism used in designing and creating web-based applications starts from designing, application coding and application testing. After testing the web application that has been built with black box and white box testing to determine the behavior and robustness of the agricultural web application. The results showed that the accuracy of agricultural web-based application reaching of 93.4%. The application of web-based agricultural management development has been running as it should for mapping superior agricultural commodities and potential agricultural locations in the North Aceh region.
