There is a great lack of methods and techniques in the software development process itself, as well as the lack of the appropriate tools that would make it more efficient. The significance of the problem is repeatedly emphasized by the need to ensure a high quality of software and software−based systems. The main objective of this work is to develop and systematize the original formal procedure for assessing the development of information systems in the early stages of the software life cycle, through metrics of the data model. We calculate the metrics of data model by using data that can be read off from a base data model, which is represented with an Entity−Relationship (ER) diagram that is defined with four basic concepts: entities, relationships, attributes of entities or relationships and values. The idea is to present the complexity of the process with a function of a number of these concepts and a number of attributes for entity types. Assessment techniques represent the basis for planning and successful performance of software projects. Statistical method was used in this paper and these assessment processes go under the category of empirical parametric methods, although they have some characteristics of the expert estimation method. A developed assessment process represents a step in the efforts to reach suitable measures which we would use to assess the size and complexity of the data model and also to estimate the amount of costs and resources necessary for the development of information systems. Likewise, certain metrics are developed. By being familiar with the data model, we can use these metrics to quantify characteristics of an information system as a whole in the logic design phase. Suggested metrics were tested on specific models and the results are shown here.
This paper deals with the theoretical analysis of the principles of efficient use of information and communications technologies (ICT) in teaching and learning, which can contribute to the advancement of the teaching process and motivation of students/pupils in the achieving the planned activities. Apart from the theoretical analysis, the results of empirical research are also presented in the paper. They tested and practically confirmed that there is a significant influence of the application of ICT and enriching the teaching material with multimedia content and also the effects in contemporary teaching of information technology. The primary intention of this paper is to point out the importance of the introduction of ICT to the teaching process with the aim of a significant improvement of students'/pupils' learning through the increase of their motivation and efficiency in learning, and at the same time the improvement in the performance of the educational system.
Digital skills are becoming an important prerequisite for employment worldwide, but a significant portion of the population still lacks the skills needed to function in a digital business environment. Although young people are often considered "digital connoisseurs", most of them do not actually have enough of these competencies relevant to starting their own entrepreneurial businesses or filling jobs where there is a need for advanced digital skills. Those with the lowest levels of digital skills would be most affected, as well as those who are least willing to upgrade their skills. Accordingly, it is necessary to promote digital entrepreneurial skills and introduce them into education programs through different forms and levels of education. The main objective of this paper is to explore the possibilities of improving entrepreneurs' competencies through e-learning. In line with this, the authors stressed the need for policymakers to develop a comprehensive and coherent approach to fostering learning and activating digital entrepreneurial skills among young people, while measuring progress towards the goals set, is emphasized. In addition to these, there are many other reasons why digital knowledge must be considered a priority in modern education processes. Accordingly, long-term, and short-term goals and their impact at the level of the individual and organization, as well as at the level of economy and society, have been determined.
By adopting a quantitative research methodology this paper seeks to explore the characteristics and applicability of the QR codes in agri-food products. The research was conducted in Serbia with a sample 308 respondents. The statistical analysis methods employed were correlation and factor analysis using SPSS statistical program. The findings indicate that younger, more educated population in the proposed content of the QR code of honey; value the information on the certificate of honey quality, the chemical composition of honey and the influence of honey ingredients on the body with information on how to identify real honey, in relation to counterfeit, as the most useful to consumers. The results of this research have been further applied for the development of a QR code for a traditional food product, the Fruška Gora linden honey with a geographical indication.
Висока школа за пословну економију и предузетништво, Београд Борис Јевтић Универзитет Унион у Београду, Рачунарски факултет Основни мотив овог рада о софтверском инжењерству јесте да се инжењерски приступ развоју софтвера супротстави уметничком. Софтверско инжењерство је најмлађа инжењерска дисциплина и, као таква, још увек поседује висок степен произвољности. Сам процес развоја софтвера у великој мери оскудева у методама и техникама, као и одговарајућим алатима који би га учинили ефикаснијим. Недостатак стандарда развоја је још израженији. Међутим, најболнију тачку софтверског инжењерства представља велико одсуство проверених и поузданих мера, односно техника мерења, као основних средстава инжењерске верификације резултата. Значај проблема је вишеструко наглашен потребом да се обезбеди висок квалитет софтвера и на софтверу заснованих система.Циљ овог рада јесте да се развије и систематизује оригинални формални поступак за процену развоја информационих система у раним фазама животног циклуса софтвера, преко метрика модела података. Овај циљ остварен је коришћењем искустава наших инжењера из области развоја софтвера, као и резултата других истраживача који су се бавили метрикама софтверског инжењерства. Метрике модела података израчунавамо на основу података који се могу очитати са базног модела података, представљеног дијаграмом објекти и везе (DOV), који се дефинише помоћу четири основна концепта: ентитета, веза, атрибута ентитета или веза и вредности. Идеја је да се сложеност процеса представи функцијом броја ових концепата и броја атрибута типова ентитета. Технике процене представљају основу за планирање и успешно извођење софтверских пројеката. Ова величина је важна, јер служи као основа за прорачун других величина битних за софтверски пројекат, као што су трошкови или укупно време израде софтверског производа. У раду је коришћен статистички метод, чији поступци процене спадају у емпиријске параметарске методе, мада имају и нека својства метода експертских процена.
