This study aimed to investigate the relationship between minority Muslim families and those of non-Muslims in Banjarasri, Kalibawang, Kulon Progo Yogyakarta; and to find out the religious diversity motivation of the Muslim families. This study used descriptive qualitative method by applying a phenomenological approach. The data were garnered using observation and interview. This study revealed that the acculturation of arts, cultures, and social community made Muslim families and non-Muslim families live side by side. The religious motivation of Muslim minority for the sake of maintaining their faith rested upon both extrinsic and intrinsic motivations. Extrinsically, it could be seen from the strong influence of the mosque administrators, the power of various religious activities to enhance religious awareness, and the solid cohesiveness of the group to strengthen as well as protect religious motivation. Intrinsically, the religious motivation of Muslims in Banjarsari was basically the effect of self-awareness by reasons of their minor position, so that such motivation yielded strong inner capacity from each Muslim family to revive and get more deeply into Islam.
<span>The effects of the pandemic in the world of education have as many influences as the adjustment of learning models. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of blended learning as an alternative to online education in the new normal era. This was an experimental study with a one-shot case study design conducted in several public high schools in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The respondents involved in this study were 70 teachers who were determined using a simple random sampling technique. The data was collected by using a questionnaire. Multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the effect of the effectiveness of the application of the blended learning model during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results showed that the effectiveness of educational programs after using blended learning is 95.05%, much higher than the effectiveness of educational programs before using blended learning with a score of 73.24%. The blended learning model affects the effectiveness of learning during the COVID-19 pandemic by 85.20%. Learning during the COVID-19 pandemic that implements the blended learning model will run more effectively and more successfully. Schools need to apply the blended learning model because the use of this method is effective, efficient, and more successful in the new normal era.</span>
Abstrak: Model Pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak pada Sistem Pendidikan Daring di Masa Covid-19 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap model pembelajaran akidah akhlak pada sistem pembelajaran daring di masa Covid-19. Pendidikan Akidah Akhlak merupakan mata pelajaran yang sangat penting dalam menghasilkan anak didik yang berakhlak mulia. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, dengan subjek empat orang guru dari tiga Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN). Proses penelitian dimulai dari penjaringan data dengan WhatsApp cara secara mendalam, Analisis data dengan tahapan: open coding, axial coding, dan selective coding untuk memperoleh garis penghubung yang signifikan yang dapat berupa hubungan kausalitas atau hubungan komparatif antara fenomena dengan teori. Tahap terakhir adalah penyusunan teori dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa platform yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran meliputi: WhatsApp grup, Geschool, Google Classroom, Google Meet, dan zoom. Kurikulum adalah kurikulum darurat dengan materi esensial. Guru menyiapkan materi esensial lalu di-share melalui platform yang disepakati. Untuk meningkatkan lancarnya proses pembelajaran, madrasah menjalin kerja sama dengan komunikasi intensif dengan orang tua dan Home Visit bagi siswa-siswa yang bermasalah. Penilaian dilakukan menggunakan platform E-Learning yang disepakati, dengan fokus ranah kognitif. Penilaian ranah yang lain dilakukan pada saat proses melalui penugasan.
Family resilience is very important for minority Muslim societies. The family and environmental factors become the main thing. The role of parent and community leaders is one of the keys to the success of strengthening religious aspects for minority Muslims. This research will seek to answer the questions about how to strengthen religious education for family security among minority Muslims. This research approach used a descriptive narrative. It related the life experience of a person or group which was important data of explaining the meaning of the phenomenon to be studied. The participants of this research were the parents and community leaders of Banjarasri Kulon Progo village of Yogyakarta which total were 12 persons. The data collection techniques used: (1) observation; (2) in-depth interviews. Data analysis used analytical coding, where this analysis described the story, chronologically the events that become a turning point with the stages of data organization, reading, describing data in codes and themes, classification of data, interpreting data, and presenting data. The research findings related to strengthening the values of religious education in Muslim minority families carried out in three ways, namely: (1) strengthening in the field of creed and morals; (2) strengthening in education, and (3) strengthening in economics.
Strategy is important in the learning process to encourage student success. The teacher's expertise in compiling and using appropriate-strategies with learning materials will increase the effectiveness of learning. This study is a pre-experimental design study, intending to know the effectiveness of the video critic method in multiple intelligences-based-learning in class VIII students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah. The sample used was 30 students that choosen by random sampling. The data collection instrument was a cognitive test. The data analysis technique used a different test "t" test with the help of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 21. The results showed learning-outcomes incrased before and after using the video critic method based on multiple intelligences research (MIR). The results of the "t" difference test obtained a value of 10,806 (p < .00), so it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes before using the MIR-based video critic method and the learning outcomes after using the MIR-based video critic method. This happens because students can learn according to their learning style, so they enjoy learning and learning more meaningfully.
