Mobile learning (ML) is now involved in the creation of teaching and learning methods for higher education. However, this involvement is varied among countries. The objective of this research was to examine the factors that impact students' intentions to use ML in Iraqi higher education institutions (HEIs). Building on unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) and information system success model (ISSM), a conceptual model was developed. The population of this study are users in Iraqi univeristies. Using a stratified random sampling, a total of 323 responses were collected to examine the proposed hypotheses. The findings showed that variables of UTAUT such as effort expectancy (EE), social influence (SI), performance expectancy (PE), facilitating conditions (FC) as well as variables of ISSM such as satisfaction along with perceived enjoyment and self efficacy affected positively the intention to use ML (ITUML) which in turn affected actual use (AU). Gender and experience moderated the effect of PE, EE, and SI on ITUML. A model of ITUML among users in Iraqi HEI was developed. Decision makers are advised to focus on certain variables to enhance the usage of ML in HEI.

This research had the main objective to provide information related to the innovation available in the form of an educational evaluation model that integrates the Discrepancy evaluation component, Tat Twam Asi concept, and TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method in the framework of determining the dominant indicators triggering the effectiveness of implementing blended learning in IT vocational schools. The approach of this research was development research by an R & D development model that focused on four stages, including a) research and field data collection, b) planning, c) design development, d) initial trial, and e) revisions to the results of the initial trial. There were 34 subjects involved in the trial design of the evaluation model in this research, including two education experts, two informatics experts, and 30 IT vocational teachers in Bali. The instruments used in data collection were in the form of questionnaires, interview guidelines, and photo documentation. The analysis technique for the data that had been collected used quantitative descriptive techniques that referred to percentage descriptive calculations. The results of this research were Tat Twam Asibased Discrepancy evaluation model design which was integrated with TOPSIS calculations and had been classified as excellent according to the eleven-scale categorization table.

This study examined students’ attitudes, study habits, and academic performance in science using self-learning modules. This type of research is a descriptive-correlational design utilizing a standardized survey questionnaire. The research subjects were 174 secondary students in a public school. Data analysis used descriptive techniques, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. Findings revealed that students have a positive attitude toward science and have fair study habits. Students are very satisfactory in time management, concentration, goal setting preparation and follow-up, comprehension, and use of resources. Hence, students positively perceive that Science teachers in distance learning using the SLMs make science enjoyable and present material. This study concluded that using the self-learning modules, students have positive attitudes toward science, very satisfactory study habits, and most of the students have satisfactory academic performance. No correlation was found between students’ academic performance and attitudes toward science using self-learning modules and between academic performance and study habits in science. However, a positive correlation existed between students’ attitudes toward science and study habits using self-learning modules. This study will have important implications for education in the new normal, including improving student engagement and motivation by understanding the relationship between attitudes, study habits and academic performance will help educators to design self-learning modules that support students in developing positive attitudes, study habits, leading to improved engagement and motivation.
