Communication skills are the most important things for teenagers. There is a leaning that the teenagers who have low communication skills can be called as someone who is introvert personality. People who are introvert personality tend to be difficult to communicate and express verbally. The purpose of developing letter sharing media is to improve communication skills of introvert student. This research is development research by adopting Borg and Gall research model. The development result showed that this product has the criteria of usefulness, feasibility, accuracy, and attractiveness and appropriate when used to facilitate students to express communication skills in writing.
This research intends to find out the psychological dynamics of young people on broken home families in SMP Negeri 4 Malang, East Java, Indonesia; which are evaluated on 1) perceptions about their self, 2) perceptions about their family, 3) role in family and friends environment, and 4) reactions to family problems. This research using a phenomenology approach. We selected the subjects using the snowball sampling method. Data collection applied by interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses reduction, display, and verification of data while testing the validity of the data using the checking member design. The results of the study indicate various perceptions of broken home on young people on themselves and their families. The average self-perception is dominated by a sense of inferiority, feels unlucky as others, and also assumes to have the darkest life. Meanwhile, the perception of the family for broken home of young people, among others: family is a selfish, frightening, and unhappy person. Family conditions that are inharmonious also affect young people's behavior; broken home in family and friends. They show maladaptif behavior such as fighting and rant, loner, pleases to hallucinate, and resist. Young people from broken home families also do the Ego Defense Mechanism as a reaction in negotiating with their family issues.
Abstract:This study aims to produce a package of guidance planning further studies with a model of creative problem solving for high school students who meet the acceptability aspects are aspects accuracy, usability, convenience and attractiveness. The guidance package consists of counselors guide book that contains the steps to the stage of providing guidance in career planning and student guide book that contains the materials and evaluation. The research method was adapted from models of Research and Development (R & D) procedural Borg & Gall (1983). Experts and field trials is limited (potential users) are analyzed using inter-rater agreement models (Gregory, 2011). Test validity index subject matter experts, media and potential users counselor showed very high criteria. These products meet very precise criteria, very useful, very easy and very attractive to mean very feasible to use. Based on the test can be concluded that the guidance package product planning further studies have met the acceptance criteria.Keywords: guidance; further studies plan; creative problem solving Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa paket bimbingan perencanaan studi lanjut dengan model creative problem solving bagi siswa SMA yang memenuhi aspek keberterimaan yaitu aspek ketepatan, kegunaan, kemudahan dan kemenarikan. Paket bimbingan tersebut terdiri atas buku panduan konselor yang berisi langkah-langkah pemberian bimbingan sesuai tahapan dalam perencanaan karier dan buku panduan siswa yang berisi materi serta evaluasi. Metode penelitian ini diadaptasi dari model Research and Development (R&D) prosedural Borg & Gall (1983). Uji ahli dan uji lapangan terbatas (calon pengguna) dianalisis menggunakan inter-rater agreement model (Gregory, 2011). Indeks validitas uji ahli materi, media dan calon pengguna konselor menunjukkan kriteria sangat tinggi. Produk ini memenuhi kriteria sangat tepat, sangat berguna, sangat mudah dan sangat menarik sehingga bermakna sangat layak untuk digunakan. Research and development in this study aim to produce a product of Flooding technique guidance in Behavior Counseling to reduce Fear of Missing Out of high school students who are theoretically and practically acceptable. The design of this study uses research and development steps: preliminary studies, product development, and product testing. The guide was tested using a Likert scale and concluded with the Aiken rater agreement analysis. The test results show that the Flooding technique guide has been theoretically and practically acceptable to reduce high school students' Fear of Missing Out.Abstrak: Penelitian dan pengembangan pada penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan produk panduan teknik Flooding dalam konseling Behavioral untuk mereduksi Fear of Missing Out siswa SMA yang berterima secara teoritis maupun praktis. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan Langkah penelitian dan pengembangan: studi pendahuluan, pengembangan produk dan uji produk. panduan diuji menggunakan skala Likert dan disimpulkan dengan analisis kesepakatan rater Aiken. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa panduan teknik Flooding telah berterima secara teoritis maupun praktis untuk mereduksi Fear of Missing Out siswa SMA.
