Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji seberapa besar pengaruh pengaruh pengetahuan perpajakan, kesadaran wajib pajak, tingkat pendidikan dan sosialisasi perpajakan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Penelitian ini mengambil jumlah sampel sebanyak 93 responden yang berasal dai UMKM Kota Padang Kec Lubug Begalung. Hasil analisis ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan pengetahuan perpajakan, kesadaran wajib pajak, tingkat pendidikan dan sosialisasi perpajakan berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Secara parsial kesadaran wajib pajak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Pengetahuan perpajakan, tingkat pendidikan dan sosialisasi perpajakan tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji seberapa besar pengaruh risiko bisnis, struktur aktiva, ukuran perusahaan, dan pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap struktur modal. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 83 pada sektor aneka industri dan barang konsumsi perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 37 perusahaan selama tahun 2012-2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda.Dari penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: variabel risiko bisnis secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Struktur aktiva, ukuran perusahaan dan pertumbuhan penjualan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh adalah Y= -1,674 – 0,255X1 +0,094X2 +0,327X3 +0,089X4 + e. Besarnya koefisien determinasi (adjusted R2) adalah sebesar 6% yang artinya 0,060 struktur modaldipengaruhi oleh variabel independen, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 94% diterangkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diajukan di dalam penelitian.
The research aims to discover the effect of macroeconomic factors, energy consumption and fundamental analysis on stock return of mining and energy sector companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2014-2018 period. The population in this study firms in the mining and energy sector. The total population is 43 firms. 37 firms were selected as samples A total of the population was determined as samples by purposive sampling method. The analytical method used panel data regression analysis by SPSS program. The result shows: (1) Inflation has a significant effect on stock return (2) Interest rate has a significant effect on stock return (3) exchange rate has a significant effect on stock return (4) energy consumption has a significant effect on stock return (5) current ratio has no significant effect on stock return (6) debt to equity ratio has a significant effect on stock return (7) return on equity has a significant effect on stock return (8) earning per share has a significant effect on stock return.
The object of this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2020 with a total population of 196 companies. The sample of this research is 44 companies that meet the criteria based on purposive sampling. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression.The results of this study there is a significant relationship between the independent board of commissioners on firm value. Institutional ownership has no effect on firm value. There is a significant relationship between the audit committee and the investment opportunity set on firm value. The results of other studies indicate that there is an influence of the CSR moderating variable between the independent board of commissioners' relationship to firm value. It is different with institutional ownership that has no effect on the value of the company which is moderated by CSR. There is a significant effect between the audit committee and the investment opportunity set on firm value moderated by CSR in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period.Keywords: CSR, independent board of commissioners, investment opportunity set, institutional ownership. audit committee, firm value.
This study aims to determine the use of marketing strategies that will increase sales volume. This research consists of one independent variable that is Marketing Strategy and one Dependent Variable that is Sales Volume. The analysis method used is SWOT Analysis. Data collection methods in this study is to use interviews on Kiosk owners N.R.P.S. The results of SWOT analysis in this study indicate that SO strategy on Kiosk N.R.P.S is Do concentrated growth on human resources and open special training place, Do market development and Add chicken coop unit and employees. The WO Strategy at Kiosk N.R.P.S is Innovating in technology, innovating in promotions and focusing more on the division of labor. ST strategy at Kiosk N.R.P.S is to innovate the product, keep stabilizing the price and provide good service. WT Strategy on Kiosk N.R.P.S is Aggressive in Promotion and Perform monthly recording.
