BACKGROUND: The Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has forced the health workforce to take mitigative measures such as physical distancing, screening, personal protective equipment donning, and confinement on patient care. We aimed to study the outcome of acute stroke patients with suspected, probable, or confirmed COVID-19 in a tertiary referral hospital in Indonesia during the first year of COVID-19 pandemic.METHODS: This was a retrospective study examining all medical records of adult patients suffering from acute stroke with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 who were admitted to R.D. Kandou Hospital, Manado, Indonesia, between March 2020 to March 2021. Clinical and laboratory parameters were compared between subjects with poor and good outcomes based on Glasgow Outcome Scale (GOS), divided into poor outcome (GOS 1-3) and good outcome (GOS 4-5).RESULTS: Fourty-six eligible subjects were enrolled in the study. Based on the GOS, 36 subjects (78.3%) were admitted to the hospital with poor prognosis. On admission, the median Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) was 11, breathlessness was found in 54.3% of subjects, fever was found in only 15 subjects (32.6%), and the lowest oxygen saturation on admission 95%. We found that GCS significantly related to outcome after controlled for other factors using the logistic regression method (p=0.03; 95% CI=1.08-4.78).CONCLUSION: Lower GCS can be used to predict poor outcome in acute stroke patients with COVID-19.KEYWORDS: COVID-19, acute stroke, Glasgow Coma Scale, outcome, Indonesia
The purpose of this study was to determine whether brand love, brand satisfaction, and brand trust have a positive influence on purchase intention of Gucci products. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling. This questionnaire was distributed to 115 respondents who know the Gucci brand and have at least one product from the Gucci brand. The research method used in this research is validity test, reliability test, sign of weight test, multicollinearity test, determination coefficient test, predictive relevance test, effect size test, path coefficients test, goodness of fit test, and hypothesis testing. Data analysis was processed with the help of SmartPLS software (v.3.3.2). The results of this study indicate that brand love has positive and significant results on purchase intention, brand satisfaction has a positive and significant result on purchase intention, brand trust has a positive and significant result on purchase intention. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah brand love, brand satisfaction, dan brand trust memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention pada produk Gucci. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Kuesioner ini disebarkan kepada 115 responden yang mengetahui brand Gucci dan setidaknya memilikisatu produk dari brand Gucci. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji sign of weight, uji multikolinearitas, uji koefisien determinasi, uji predictive relevance, uji effect size, uji path coefficients, uji goodness of fit, dan pengujian hipotesis. Analisis data diolah dengan bantuan software SmartPLS (v.3.3.2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand love memiliki hasil yang positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention, brand satisfaction memiliki hasil yang positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention, brand trust memiliki hasil yang positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention.
The Cikaniki resort is one of the most accessible research stations located in the Gunung Halimun Salak National Park (GHSNP). It is in adjacent with Citalahab village. The Research Center for Biology, Indonesian Institute of Sciences and other institutions have conducted intensive research on the fauna diversity of GHSNP from this station. Here we formulate a checklist on fauna diversity surrounding the Cikaniki Research Station and Citalahab, GHNSP from various sources, i.e. field work, museum collections (Museum Zoologicum Bogoriense), scientific publications, and technical report. The study was conducted from October 2019 until October 2020. The latest field work was conducted from 8-10 October 2019 under the framework of the Jungle Survival and Biological Collection Management 2019 program. In total, 821 fauna species were recorded in Cikaniki-Citalahab areas which comprises of 48 species of Mollusca, five species of Malacostraca, 523 species of Insects, 22 species of Actinopterygii, 63 species of Amphibia and Reptiles, 115 species of Aves and 45 species of Mammals. The diversity contributes 62.1% of the total 1,323 known fauna species in GHSNP. Five number of species were assigned as endangered and three species critical endangered by IUCN. In addition, 123 species were endemic to Java and 34 species protected by Regulation of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry Republic of Indonesia Number P.106/MENLHK/SETJEN/KUM.1/12/2018. The areas of Cikaniki and Citalahab are rich in biodiversity. Although both areas are in close intact with human activity, research and ecotourism, the need of continuously spreading awareness and enforce species and area conservation is inevitable.

Research aims to analyze framing of media coverage by Kompas.com, Tribunnews.com and Detik.com related to reporting on government programs for the period 1 September 2021 to 1 September 2022 with the number of visitors using Brand24 big data analysis. The research methods used are qualitative research and Robert N Entman framing analysis, which consist of defining the problem, diagnosing the cause, making moral judgments and treatment recommendation. Findings announce that each uses a different news frame, but is from the same source as Kompas.com, presenting news related to the words of BUMN Minister Erick Thohir, also prioritizing UMKM. We put them in order so that they can be age-adjusted for digital. The resulting product is entered into the go program. Tribunnews.com leads to news that PLN wants to achieve its target by the end of 2022, namely 1,000 MSMEs to join to go digital and Detik.com brings news from Erick Thohir words regarding the target of 30 thousand UMKM to go digital. Each media has a different point of view in framing news to influence society. Dunia memasuki era digital membuat kehidupan manusia semakin mudah. Cybermedia dengan cepat menghubungkan semua jenis informasi berita yang berlangsung di dalam dan luar negeri ke internet. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membingkai pemberitaan media Kompas.com, Tribunnews.com, dan Detik.com terkait liputan program pemerintah 1 September 2021 hingga 1 September 2022 dengan menggunakan website Brand24. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan kerangka analisis oleh framing Robert N Entman yang terdiri dari define problem, diagnose causes, make moral judgement dan treatment recommendation. Hasil kajian menunjukkan masing-masing menggunakan framing berita yang bertentangan tetapi bermula dari sumber yang sama seperti Kompas.com yang memuat berita tentang sambutan Menteri BUMN Erick Thohir untuk memprioritaskan UMKM beradaptasi dengan era digital agar produk yang diciptakan tergabung ke program go digital, Tribunnews.com membawa kabar bahwa PLN menargetkan 1.000 UMKM bergabung dan melakukan digitalisasi pada akhir tahun 2022 dan Detik.com membawakan berita dari ucapan Erick Thohir tentang target yang diinginkan yaitu 30 Ribu UMKM go online.
