On January 22, 2020, in Davos, the World Economic Forum launched Reskilling Revolution, a multistakeholder initiative aimed at providing better education, new skills, and better jobs for a billion people worldwide by 2030, so questions about improving the quality of education by introducing dual distance education and retraining of personnel at enterprises are becoming more and more relevant. In the course of the study, the authors analyzed the current problems of universities and enterprises, which allowed them to propose the creation of a smart cluster. The authors demonstrated the interaction of cluster participants using the example of education. The study showed that it is with such a tool that it is possible to solve the current problems of the participants, and in general, to improve the quality of education, the well-being of the region and, as a result, when scaling up, the well-being of the country and its image and culture on the world stage. The study showed that only through joint efforts and cooperation between universities, employers, research institutes and the state, it is possible not only to improve the quality of education but also to provide enterprises with a qualified workforce on a permanent rotation basis than to increase the competitiveness of business. This will allow research institutes and universities to raise funding, which can be directed not only to maintaining the current state but also to the development and introduction of resource-saving technologies, which we see as further research methods.
The article is devoted to the question of communicative competence formation, represented in all spheres of professional application in higher education and states that the degree of its formation depends on a person's approach to behave in different social situations. This study examines the essence and structure of communicative competence, as well as the system of its formation while teaching a foreign language to higher education students of economics. Evaluation of the characteristics of developing communicative competence when working with economic texts is carried out as the main communicative unit on the example of the use of specific material in speech. The methodology of the formation of communicative competence among future economists is theoretically determined and experimentally tested through interaction with economic texts in English for professional purposes (49 students aged 17-20 years participated in the research). Analysis of linguistic, psychological, psycholinguistic and methodological bases of communicative competence formation, questionnaires of students and survey results gave grounds for the development of experimental methods of these competences formation by future economists in the process of studying modern foreign language. The interactive methods of learning from economic texts were developed under a new concept of teaching foreign language for the formation of communicative competence and introduced in experimental groups of learners. The data indicated a significant increase in intermediate and high levels of future economists" communicative competences formation in groups with interactive classes.
The need to rethink traditional approaches to optimising business processes is forcing enterprises to find new ways to manage them. The article proposes a methodology for optimising processes based on integrated pulling logistics technology. The basic principles, rules and concepts of logistic activity are considered, as well as methods of optimisation and their implementation for enterprises of any form of ownership without changes to the already involved logistic systems are proposed. The features of the application of the optimisation methodology with the use of pulling logistics technologies, both to the business process as a whole and its individual elements, are indicated. Particular attention is paid to the weak and strong sides of the proposed methodology, and also in the experimental part, an approach to adapting this methodology in practice is presented.
The article aims to develop recommendations for improving universities' innovation management, their financial regulation and influence on the pedagogical process. The authors examined the essence of innovation and innovation in the education system, clearly presented their classification and methods of modernization, analyzed modern problems of management and financing of innovation in education. The authors contributed to managing innovation processes in the education system and improved the generalized model of the innovation process in the education system. As an improvement in the foundations of innovation management, the authors proposed the joint influence of the laws of the course of innovation processes, principles, stages, and functions of innovative processes that determine the direction of management activities at all stages. To improve financing by innovation, the authors empirically determined which tools are the most effective and efficient. The authors used the methods of expert assessments to present their proposals visually. At the same time, the authors emphasize the importance of using the synergistic effect here, too. The rest of the instruments will only enhance the effectiveness of the priority instrument for financing innovations in the education system. The systematic use of other tools is no less compelling. The proposed ways of improvement will allow universities to manage innovations and their financing more effectively.
Innovations in the educational process are necessary because the entire country's future well-being depends on the level of education of young people. Pedagogical technologies are being improved to provide high-quality modern education. In their study, the authors studied the features of innovations in the educational process and pedagogical technologies, the impact of the crisis and global digitalization on it, as well as global trends. The authors determined that the dominant processes and functions for acquiring new knowledge and transferring it to the economy's production sectors are increasingly organized according to the principle of networks and proposed the features and algorithm for the formation of a pedagogical (educational) cluster. To calculate the effectiveness of such a cluster, the authors have developed a complex system of indicators. The recommendations proposed in the study will help universities understand the clustering process, realize its importance, outline development paths and their place in the clustering of the educational process.
