Achievement motivation has an important role in education, besides acting as an encouragement for students to achieve optimal achievement, achievement motivation also plays a role as a determinant of learning outcomes and student learning achievements. Therefore, it is necessary to measure achievement motivation in the form of a achievement motivation questionnaire that has gone through the validity test stage and the reliability test stage. The subjects in this study were students of SMK 01 Cipongkor class XII totaling 20 students. From the results of the validity test of 38 statements there are 30 questions that are declared valid and the validity test gets a value of 0.941 which means it is included in the very high category. Thus the achievement motivation questionnaire can be used as a tool to measure the level of achievement motivation of students. Keywords: Achievement Motivation, Validity and Reliability
Good prosocial behavior is important for students to support student success in both the social and academic fields. The one of the measuring tools that can be used is a questionnaire. The purpose of this research is to make a questionnaire along with the validity and reliability test of the questionnaire. The research used is a R&D method with 13 respondents of class XI at SMK Aloer Wargakusumah. Based on the results of the research, it is known that the questionnaire test with 50 statement items shows that there are 36 valid statement items with a comparison between rcount> rtable. While the reliability test shows the Cronbach Alpha value> 0.60, then the questionnaire can be said to be reliable or consistent with the moderate category according to Sugiyono's criteria table. ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi dan wawasan mengenai Positive Parenting Program (Tripe P) melalui seminar Parenting kepada Ibu-Ibu Dhrama Wanita Persatuan Kabupaten Garut. Bentuk penyampaian materi diakukan dalam bentuk Ceramah, Role play dan diskusi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini bermanfaat karena peserta mendapatkan wawasan dan pengetahuan mengenai pola pengasuhan anak yang lebih positif dan mengembangkan keyakinan bahwa orang tua memiiki kendali penuh terhadap pengasuhannya baik dengan dukungan yang minimal bahkan tanpa dukungan sekalipun serta mampu mengelola dinamika emosi pada saat orang tua melakukan pengasuhan.Kata Kunci : Orang tua, Pengasuhan, positif
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keefektifan teknik self management dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar pada siswa SMA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pun menggunakan kajian literatur yang terdahulu. Subjek yang diteliti pun menggunakan subjek dari hasil penelitian terdahulu serta partisipan penelitiannya dengan hasil yang sesuai dengan pembahasan kali ini. Hasil penelitian konseling self management dapat digunakan dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar pada siswa SMA. Hal ini terbukti dengan perubahan pola perilaku subjek yang diteliti mengalami perubahan dalam kedisiplinan belajarnya sebelum dan sesudah subjek melakukan proses konseling (menurut kajian terdahulu). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdahulu ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa konseling dengan menggunakan teknik self management dinyatakan efektif dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan pada siswa SMA. Career awareness is very necessary to develop the potential that exists in students to help understand, plan and make career decisions of students, because the function of career awareness is very important, a career awareness measurement tool is needed, namely in the form of a career awareness questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability . The subjects of this study were 24 students of SMKNPP Cianjur class X totaling 24 students. From the results of the validity test of 30 statements, there were 3 questions that were declared valid and the validity test got a value of 0.400 which means that it is included in the moderate category meaning that the questionnaire that has been compiled tends to show the same results and if it is tested again on time and on other subjects, the results are not far away. different.
