Angka kesakitan dan kematian akibat penyakit diare masih tinggi, sehingga menyebabkan penyakit diare menjadi masalah kesehatan. Secara global, ada hampir 1,7 milyar kasus penyakit diare pada anak setiap tahun dan menyebabkan kematian sekitar 525.000 anak balita di dunia (WHO, 2017). Penelitiam ini bertujuan mengembangkan model kejadian diare pada balita berdasarkan teori Hendrik. L. Blum di Kota Makassar.Metode penelitian mengunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional yang dilakukan pada 4 puskesmas di Kota Makassar yaitu Puskesmas Kaluku Bodoa, Puskesmas Pattingaloang, Puskesmas Pampang dan Puskesmas Rappokalling. Sampel adalah Balita yang menderita diare sebanyak 172 balita. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa ada pengaruh sosial ekonomi (pvalue = 0,022), kondisi balita (pvalue = 0,022), lingkungan (pvalue = 0,020), pola asuh (pvalue = 0,016) dan pelayanan kesehatan (pvalue = 0,047). Disarankan untuk memantau kondisi balita, menjaga kebersihan lingkungan, penyuluhan pola asuh balita dan meningkatkan informasi mengenai pelayanan kesehatan melalui poster dan brosur
Learning disabilities could impair one's access to and involvement in education. For students with learning disabilities or students with Special Education Needs (SEN), school may be a struggle, and concentrating in lessons or trying to understand what is taught may be highly challenging. Some students failed in their studies, while some become dropouts as school to them is obsolete and boring, and fails to cater to their learning needs. This study therefore proposed a well-known but unpopular method for assisting the struggling students to return to school. Specifically, this study proposes the use of more than one styles of records and expression presentation to attract students who require learning strategies that are broader and more dynamic.
Pesantren become motivator and innovator in health development, and become role model in clean and healthy living behavior for the surrounding community. The problems of existing pesantren including the partners (Yayasan Wakaf UMI Pesantren Wihdatul Ulum) in the service to the community are: (1) Not knowing the condition and health condition of the surrounding community, (2) Partners also do not have container of community empowerment in health sector and, (3) Human resources that manage it. Self Awareness Survey showed that there are health problems of skin disease (itching and scabies), the issue of personal hygiene, sanitation or ,. Then the deliberation of poskestren formation and the election of board and cadre of poskestren (santri husada) to run and run poskestren. In order for poskestren cadres to perform postcestrene activities then conducted poskestren training that followed 30 people. In order poskestren activities can work well it needs guidance specifically motivated cadre poskestren based health problems are advanced students and the community. The revitalization of Posyandu is aimed to improve the function and performance of Posyandu, with the main activities of training, service and community movement. Facilities and infrastructure in Posyandu Melati I are not adequate, active cadres are 4 people, community participation in utilizing posyandu about 45%, about 2% of children with less nutrition. The activities carried out in the form of procurement of facilities and infrastructure improvements, facilitate training of posyandu cadres, supplementary feeding and nutritious food and worm counseling for mother with toddlers. Procurement of facilities and infrastructure in the form of 9 types of equipment required Posyandu Melati I. Coordination to Puskesmas Parangloe produces training activities posyandu cadres planed in October 2017. Supplementary feeding og green bean porridge, on approximately 30 children under five. Nutrition food and worm counseling attended as many as 15 mothers who have a toddler. Pre-Post test evaluation were conducted before and after the extension materials were given, indicating an increase in extension counseling knoeledge from 43% to 89%. Posyandu Cadres are also advised to actively invite community to be willing to volunteer posyandu cadres, providing additional foods of varying kind so that toddler do not get bored ang eager to come to posyandu every month. Provision of nutritional material should be accompanied by a food model and posyandu should have a storage cabinet of goods. A. PENDAHULUANPosyandu merupakan salah satu bentuk upaya kesehatan bersumber daya masyarakat yang dikelola dan diselenggarakan dari, oleh, untuk dan bersama masyarakat dalam penyelenggaran pembangunan kesehatan, guna memberdayakan masyarakat dalam memperoleh pelayanan kesehatan dasar untuk mempercepat penurunan angka kematian ibu dan bayi. Kegiatan bulanan di posyandu mengikuti pola keterpaduan KB-kesehatan dengan menggunakan sistem lima meja. Kader posyandu bertugas menyiapkan sarana dan prasarana posyandu, melaksanakan kegiatan posyandu mulai dari kegiatan di meja I hingga meja IV,
Penerapan quality of work life yang baik akan berpengaruh pada tingkat kepuasan pegawai terhadap pekerjaannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan quality of work life dengan kepusan kerja pada pegawai honor bagian keperawatan di RSUD H. Andi Sulthan Daeng Radja Kabupaten Bulukumba. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dan pendekatan secara cross sectional study. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 55 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji bivariat dengan uji korelasi chi-square. Hasil penelitian hubungan antara variabel komunikasi dengan kepuasan kerja adalah tidak berhubungan, dimana (ρ = 0,621 > α = 0,05). Sementara untuk variabel partisipasi dengan kepuasan kerja didapatkan hasil bahwa ada hubungan dimana (ρ = 0,037 < α = 0,05). Pada variabel penyelesaian konflik dengan kepuasan kerja mendapatkan hasil positif (berhubungan) dimana (ρ = 0,001 < α = 0,05). Kemudian untuk variabel fasilitas dengan kepuasan kerja, didapatkan hasil bahwa tidak berhubungan dengan (ρ = 0,267 > α = 0,05). Dari hasil penelitian tersebut di simpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara komunikasi dan fasilitas dengan kepuasan kerja, dan terdapat hubungan antara partisipasi kerja dan penyelesaian konflik dengan kepuasan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut diharapkan untuk pihak rumah sakit lebih meningkatkan hubungan komunikasi baik dengan atasan maupun sesama rekan kerja serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang nyaman dan harmonis.
