Government intervention and financial support are two major means to promote the independent innovation performance of enterprises in strategic emerging industries, and government intervention has induced crowding-out effects on financial support, which leads to the uncertainty of the dual incentive effect of government intervention and financial support on enterprises’ independent innovation. The research object of this paper is 657 strategic emerging enterprises listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen. We empirically studied the impact of government intervention and financial support on the comprehensive efficiency of independent innovation of strategic emerging enterprises. The empirical study draws the following conclusions. Firstly, the comprehensive efficiency of independent innovation of enterprises is in the trend of continuous improvement and technical efficiency and scale efficiency are also increasing, but the technical efficiency is lower than the scale efficiency, which shows that the improvement of independent innovation efficiency mainly depends on the expansion of innovation scale. Secondly, both government intervention and financial support promote the comprehensive efficiency of independent innovation of strategic emerging industry enterprises, but the incentive effect of government intervention is more obvious. Thirdly, there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between government intervention and the comprehensive efficiency of independent innovation. Fourthly, the regression coefficient of the interaction between government intervention and financial support and the comprehensive efficiency of enterprise independent innovation is negative, which indicates that government intervention has an inhibitory effect on the effect of financial support on the overall efficiency of enterprise independent innovation. Finally, we put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
The mining and analysis of student achievement data is of great importance to teaching management. Using the relevant data of college students’ physical fitness test and sports performance as the object of research, a BP neural network model is developed to predict performance. Based on BP neural network, an algorithm for predicting students’ endurance performance is proposed, which is applied to the sunshine long-distance intelligent sports testing system at Hangzhou Dianzi University. The nonlinear relationship between students’ performance in sunshine running and endurance performance is determined, and students’ performance in sunshine running is used to predict their endurance performance the following year. Experimental results indicate that the accuracy of the model is above 85%. At the same time, the prediction results are combined with the Internet of things technology to produce a student sports prescription management system, which sets different sunshine running parameters for students with different predicted results and provides personalized sports prescriptions for students with different physical conditions, which has extensive and far-reaching application value.

However, under conditions of continuous development, the physical health of adolescents and children has not improved, the physical fitness of adolescents has declined, and many problems have appeared. This survey will combine embedded software and Internet technology, focusing on testing the safety of the sports training system and collecting data. It is very necessary for us to investigate the safety of the sports training system. The system also has potential for development. Only when the safety of the sports training system is determined can we understand the most suitable exercise methods for contemporary youths and ensure that they are not right in order to make the relevant sports training methods more confidently when a second injury occurs to the body. The sports training system to be studied this time consists of three basic technologies, namely, data collection terminals, database stations, and web servers. We will install the relevant equipment of the data collection system in the campus, such as teaching buildings or campus buildings and roads on the open space next to it, and a chip with a wireless transmission system will be placed in the student’s campus card. This chip is small in size, high in transmission efficiency, and easy to carry by students. Therefore, when each student holds the campus card, the related equipment in the campus card will be signal linked with the equipment installed in the school. This mode is wireless, which is very convenient and fast. In this way, we can collect the identity information and money storage status of the campus card through the web server. When the student ID is displayed on the computer screen, it proves that the student has swiped the card successfully.
