Abstrak: Analisis Penyebab Ketidakcocokan Stock Opname Komponen Sparepart Di Gudang Sparepart. Gudang adalah tempat untuk menyimpan material yang memiliki peranan penting dalam menjaga persediaan untuk proses produksi. Setiap akhir bulan, bagian gudang selalu melakukan pencocokan jumlah saldo akhir komponen pada bulan sebelumnya antara kartu stock dengan sistem inventory. Salah satu permasalahan yang sering terjadi di gudang sparepart adalah adanya ketidakcocokan jumlah saldo akhir komponen sparepart antara kartu stock dengan sistem inventory yang terjadi terus menerus. Permasalahan ini dapat membuat kesalahan dalam laporan stock opname yang mengakibatkan kerugian bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) untuk meminimalkan kesalahan saat pelaksanaan stock opname komponen sparepart. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data diperoleh penyebab ketidakcocokan stock opname antara stock real dengan sistem inventory adalah parts yang keluar gudang belum diinput di sistem, parts yang masuk gudang belum diinput di sistem, dan stock real belum dihitung. Penyebab parts yang keluar gudang belum diinput di sistem menjadi prioritas yang harus diselesaikan terlebih dahulu. Abstract: Analysis of Causes Incompatibility of Sparepart Components Stock Opname in Sparepart Warehouse. Warehouse is a place storage materials that have an important role in maintaining inventory for production process. The warehouse department always matches number of the final balance of the component in the previous month between the stock card and the inventory system. One of the problem that often occurs in spareparts warehouse is the mismatch number of the final balance of spareparts between the stock card and the inventory system that occurs continuously. This problem can cause errors in stock opname reports that result on losses for the company. This research uses a DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) approach to minimize errors during the implementation of spareparts component stock opname. Based on the results of data processing indicate that the causes of the stock opname incompatibility between the real stock and the inventory system are parts that come out warehouse have not been input in system, parts that come in warehouse have not been input in system, and real stock has not been calculated. The cause of the parts that come out warehouse have not been input in system is a priority must be resolved first.
Terdapat suatu usaha manufaktur yang berjalan dibidang produk minuman jahe kemasan botol kaca. Dalam proses pengolahan produksi telah terjadi ketidaksamarataan beban kerja yang diterima oleh pekerja. Ketidaksamarataan ini dipengaruhi adanya aktivitas pada para pekerja yang berbeda-beda dari segi lamanya waktu pengerjaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui beban kerja dan menentukan kebutuhan jumlah pekerja optimal berdasarkan beban kerja pada bagian produksi sirup wedang jahe. Penelitian ini menggunakan workload analysis. Perhitungan waktu siklus menggunakan stopwatch time study yang dilakukan secara repetitive timing. Selain itu, ditentukan juga rating factor dan allowance pada setiap kegiatan proses yang dikerjakan oleh pekerja. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, maka didapatkan pada proses pencucian jahe diusulkan penambahan 1 pekerja, proses penggilingan dan penyaringan jahe diusulkan menambah 4 pekerja, sedangkan proses labeling dan pengemasan diusulkan penambahan 1 pekerja. Diagram fishbone digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab beban kerja tinggi.
Minyak jelantah merupakan minyak goreng yang telah dipakai untuk menggoreng berbagai olahan makanan. Penggunaan minyak goreng secara berulang kali dapat dikatakan sebagai minyak limbah yang memiliki dampak negatif pada kesehatan tubuh dan lingkungan. Limbah minyak jelantah dapat menimbulkan pencemaran lingkungan apabila dibuang ke lingkungan. Permasalahan yang menjadi prioritas Bank Sampah Migunani Kauman adalah belum memiliki pengetahuan mengenai cara penjernihan dan pemanfaatan limbah minyak jelantah menjadi sabun cair serta bahaya penggunaan minyak jelantah secara berulang kali. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah produk sabun cair dari limbah minyak jelantah, peningkatan keterampilan dalam mengolah limbah minyak jelantah menjadi sabun cair dan kesadaran masyarakat akan bahaya penggunaan ulang minyak jelantah. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah ceramah dan diskusi, praktik membuat sabun cair dari limbah minyak jelantah, dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa peserta pelatihan sangat antusias memperhatikan dan aktif bertanya setiap tahapan pembuatan sabun cair dari bahan baku limbah minyak jelantah serta meningkatkan pemahaman peserta mengenai pemanfaatan kembali limbah minyak jelantah sebagai bahan baku sabun.The waste cooking oil is a cooking oil that has used to cooking of various processed foods. The use of cooking oil repeatedly as a waste cooking oil has a negative impact on the health of the body and the environment. The waste cooking oil can cause of environmental pollutions when discharged to the environment. The problems that to be priority of the Migunani Waste Bank in Kauman is that do not have knowledge about way to purify and utilize of the waste cooking oil to be liquid soap and the dangers of use waste cooking oil repeatedly. The main objective of the community service activities is the liquid soap product from the waste cooking oil, the increase in the skill of processing waste cooking oil into liquid soap and the public awareness of the dangers of reuse waste cooking oil. Method used in the community service are talks and discussions, the practice of makes liquid soap by the waste cooking oil and evaluation. Based on results of the community service, it indicated that the training participants were very enthusiastic about paying attention and actively asking at every stage of the make liquid soap by waste cooking oil and the increase participants understanding of reuse waste cooking oil as a raw material for soap.
The turning process involves the linear removal of material from the work-piece and requires a relatively high amount of energy. The high energy consumption of the machining process increases carbon emissions, which affects the environment. Moreover, production costs will rise as the cost of energy rises. Energy savings during the machining process are crucial for achieving sustainable manufacturing. In order to determine and optimize the cutting parameters, this study creates a multi-pass turning processes optimi¬zation model. It considers cutting speeds, feed rates, and depth of cut. In this study, the model uses multi-objective optimization by incorporating three objective functions: processing time, energy consumption and product¬ion costs. OptQuest completed the proposed model in Oracle Crystal Ball software, then normalized and weighted the sum. Ordering preferences, the Multi-Objective Optimization based on Ratio Analysis (MOORA) approach is utilized. It ranks items based on their higher priority values. This paper provides a numerical example to demonstrate the application of an optimi¬zation model. Based on the preference order ranking results, the optimal values for three objective functions are as follows: total processing time of 4.953 min, the total energy consumption of 5.434 MJ, and total production cost of 395.21$.
