The aim of the study is to identify and systematize innovations in the restaurant business in the context of digitalization of business process management. The article proves that the globalization of crisis phenomena in the national and world economy, in particular complicated by the COVID19 pandemic, the variability of the market environment necessitates an innovative orientation of the restaurant business. The definition of “innovation in the restaurant business” as a creative entrepreneurial process of creating and/or improving and commercializing a new product, service or technology with the appropriate transformation of management methods, which increase the efficiency of business processes while bifurcating quality management parameters and form the basis for further development. The classification of the combination of innovations in the restaurant business according to the criteria on the basis of the results of the transformation of the combinatorial clustering of innovations is given. It is proved that digitalization creates a basis for innovative business process management formats of restaurants, which allow to form their own ecosystem of information and communication interaction with consumers and other stakeholders, based on customer orientation, innovation, partnership and synergy. Factors of gradual and rapid digitalization of the restaurant business are highlighted, the combined effect of which necessitates the introduction of adaptive models of innovative digital management by restaurant business owners.
The article is devoted to the topical issues of finding ways to get the tourism industry out of the crisis at the world and national levels. In the context of the coronavirus pandemic, due to the closure of borders and a decrease in the level of income of the population, the tourism industry has suffered the greatest losses, as evidenced by the indicators of reducing the tourist flow and, accordingly, income from conducting tourist activities. Since the industry is of great socio-economic importance through providing the population with jobs and making a significant contribution to national and local budgets, as well as influencing the development of related sectors of the economy, the problem of tourism development becomes of state importance, especially in the countries with a high share of income from the tourism industry in the GDP structure. According to preliminary estimates of experts, the level of global GDP due to the crisis in tourism may decrease by 2.8 %. The article analyzed statistical data on the development of the tourism industry in 2019, as well as based on the results of analyzing the assessments of experts of international organizations dealing with the tourism and economic development, three scenarios were constructed for changing the main financial indicators of the tourism industry for the period from 2020 to 2021: realistic, optimistic and pessimistic.

A partial marketing analysis of the issue of forming interesting tourist offers for the quarantine period was carried out. The results of a sociological survey conducted in an online format are presented in the article. These results showed the relevance of the issue of developing domestic ecotourism. Also, the article develops an algorithm for state support of the tourism industry by providing opportunities for tourist enterprises to work in the system of domestic ecotourism, which will contribute not only to the ability of tourist enterprises to continue their activities, but also have positive socio-economic and environmental consequences, in particular to ensure the sustainable development of territories through the development of ecotourism.
