The article deals with issues related to the formation of communicative competence among graduates of higher educational institutions in the specialty “tourism”. The importance of proficiency in foreign languages for further professional activities for future specialists in the field of eco-tourism is very high, and therefore there is a need to develop more effective methods of learning foreign languages. The use of social networks in teaching a foreign language allows you to make it more flexible and efficient, as well as more convenient for students . Easy learning increases motivation to learn a foreign language.
Constant raising the requirements for logistics service of end-consumer expand sales markets and economic relationships that are formed under conditions of uncertainty and instability of the environment, leading to the need to consider not only the logistics system of internal factors but also external. This issue is especially important for Commonwealth of Independent States that rebuilt to a market economy. Nowadays, the grocery logistics network distribution system that would fit for end-consumer and logistics systems owner simultaneously have not fully developed. On the one hand, consumers are looking for minimal cost, which can be provided by direct logistic channels, but minimal cost do not give flexibility in quantity and volumes or other services. On the other hand, the multilevel system provides high level of service and diversity in channel, but products are more expensive in it. Finding the balance between rational price and level of service for end-consumer and logistics system profits in period is been up-today issue in consumer-oriented logistics. The development of mechanisms makes it possible to assess the scale of the rational use of direct and multi-level logistics for the distribution of material flows, which was demonstrated with the numbering of participants in the logistics system in the current situation (external and internal factors). The paper considers the functioning of the system for delivering goods on a direct and multilevel distribution channel. An integrated approach to evaluate the efficiency of the functioning of the logistics system and the consumer had been used.
Starting from 2020 to the present day, because of the COVID-19 pandemic in the sphere of tourism and hotel industry, as well as in related areas, there has been a decline or even complete cessation of activity, as a result of which a significant number of enterprises have become bankrupt or in crisis. So there is a need to find such a way of development of the spheres of tourism and hospitality, which would provide an opportunity not only to preserve these areas, but also to provide, after leaving the pandemic, the conditions for their further development in such a manner that as many as possible business entities are involved in their activities. It is also necessary to take into account the demand of people – potential recreants (tourists and vacationers), which should be satisfied, despite the pandemic, because during isolation and restrictions in movement and communication with nature, a depressed and painful state occurs, which leads to a deterioration in efficiency and a decrease in the number of able-bodied personnel. As an instrument to overcome the existing crisis, it is proposed to create campsites with the involvement of all stakeholders from enterprises in the sphere of tourism, hotel and other industries. Such an approach makes it possible to work during a pandemic due to the lack of crowding in one place. At the same time, thanks to the differentiated approach when creating campsites, it is possible to satisfy the maximum possible range of demand from potential tourists and vacationers by creating conditions of stay that are different in comfort. As for the possibility of working not only during a pandemic, but also after its completion, camping is best suited for this, since when it is created, a stable entrepreneurial managed structure is formed – a territorial recreational system that becomes the core for the further development of tourism, hotel industry and other areas directly or indirectly related to their activities.
In the article the problems of Ukrainian tourism market functioning are reflected in a period the pandemic of coronavirus. Comparative description of features forming and advancement of tourpriduct is conducted on foreign and domestic resorts. Certainly on the basis of statistical data there is meaningfulness of internal tourism in-process tour operators. The prospects of activation of internal tourism are considered during a pandemic. Introduction is offered in scientific and practical activity of concept resort hub, which the system of touristscomplex maintenance must develop. In particular it is analysed three potential domestic resort hubs by system of indexes which are the basic constituents of classic tourproduct. Problems and defects which influence on the competitiveness of domestic resorts are certain. Measures are offered on the increase of competitiveness of domestic tourism from account of introduction of the service system, which is offered to the tourists on the most popular tourist destinations.
In the article the problems of functioning of tourist market of Ukraine are reflected in the context of co-operation of tour operators and travel agents. Certainly, that instability of tourist market requires the revision of not only base aspects of forming and advancement of tour product with the purpose of minimization of possible risks for all participants of tourist market but also creation of the reliable system of communications between the subjects of tourist market with the purpose of providing the rapid reacting on the calls of present time and forming of clear legislatively-normative basis for realization such activity. Taking into account activation of euro integration processes research of co-operation features of tourist market subjects is conducted in the countries of Europe and the USA. The case of tourism branch frames are analyzed, their advantages and defects and possibility of their introduction are considered in Ukraine. Certain differences in organization of work of tour operators and travel agents, that provide stability of functioning of tourism industry in the world. Basic tendencies are investigational in relation to advancement of tourist product in the countries of Europe and the USA. Offered measures on forming of transparent market of tourist services, namely an improvement of financial arrangements; upgrading of tours searching; providing of additional defense of tourists in the case of trip cancellation; increase of threshold of tour operators responsibility; providing of transparency of travel enterprises activity; differentiation of tour operators license tipes , assistance to development of internal tourism. The of offered measures foresee more clear differentiation of plenary powers between tour operators and travel agents, forming of the transparent system of account of activity of travel enterprises, to the increase of financial discipline, increase of receipts to the budget, to the increase of knowledge level and protected of tourists. In of addition, introduction of new standards in work of organizers of tourism is sent to adaptation of their activity under the of European of standards in the context of activation of integration processes.
