On the basis of scientific resources the article gives the analysis of following concepts: «profession», «specialty», «qualification» and «specialist». Different approaches to treating these concepts in the modern science are revealed in the article. The structural components of professionally aimed individual are allocated and analyzed in details: professional orientation, professional competence, professionally important qualities and professionally important physiological properties. The meaning of the concept «a specialist in physical training» is given in the article as well as the list of main competences of graduates of higher educational institutions of physical training and teacher training direction. Among them great attention is paid to: forming the basis of rational behavior, aesthetic norms and skills in the training process; assistance in labor, intellectual and aesthetic education of pupils during the lesson of physical training; forming the essentials of self-behavior of an individual in the process of physical training. The criteria of readiness for professional activity of the modern professional in physical training are defined: forming the basic and professional economic culture of the individual of an employee; value-semantic orientations; attitude to the profession; forming the systemic integrational skills; the awareness about peculiarities of the region and regional peculiarities of the system of physical education; willingness to participate in development of the market field; the acceptance of responsibility for their own career; willingness to provide competition using moral methods; realizing by the specialist the scientific reduction of basic theories into elaboration of conceptual fundamentals of professional activity in conditions of market economy.
Social aspects in the modern world play a very important role as factors directly and indirectly shaping the sphere of personal health. At the same time, most of the parameters of quality of life and health are correlated with psychological variables that reveal an uneven distribution between members of different social groups. All this makes the differentiated approaches to the organization of programs of primary prevention of diseases and the support of the treatment and rehabilitation process relevant. The purpose of the article is to identify socio-pedagogical aspects of labor protection of specialists. The methodological basis of the research is the theoretical analysis, comparison and generalization of scientific literature on research problems. Thus, the analysis of the influence of social conditions on the formation of the health sphere of a specialist can be carried out only in the context of interaction, that is, taking into account the individual’s ability to actively create the social environment in accordance with individual needs and values, and on the other hand, taking into account social and cultural mediation personality, its basic attitudes and behavior patterns, including in the case of occupational health.
The article defines the main approaches to the psychological support of the process of preventing the crisis of professional training in higher education seekers. The aim of article was to find such a means of protection against the negative consequences of the crisis, which would be based on moral values and contribute to the integration of the noble ideas of past generations into the present. We decided to achieve the realization of the idea with the help of the historical and scientific methods. The factors of the crisis of professional training among applicants of veterinary and medical specialties are characterized. Features of the system structure of mental phenomena and the concept of psychological support of the process of psychoprophylaxis are considered. It is emphasized the need to implement a systematic approach based on empirical data, which includes research aimed at harmonizing the psychological state of drug addicts. Empirical research revealed the peculiarities of the social functioning of applicants for veterinary and medical specialties. There are differences in the psychological well-being of specialists of such specialties: they are characterized by a predominance of interest in the history of medicine, which reflects their interest in the profession, admiration for it; in the period of crisis, the self-esteem and locus of control indicators of achievers are such as to indicate inadequate assessment and inability to use their own strength to achieve the goal.
To study the rehabilitation potential of law enforcement officers and the process of its development, a verbal-communicative diagnostic method was used to collect information about subjects with depressive disorders using "Google Form". The study was conducted on the social network Facebook during 2020-2021. The study involved 452 people from the Central, Southern and Eastern regions of Ukraine aged 20 to 49 years with depressive disorders of the neurotic spectrum and 182 subjects without affective disorders. Socio-demographic features of the subjects with depressive disorders of different genesis are analyzed. It was found that women (54.51%) and subjects aged 30-49 years (70.0%) predominated among the surveyed. The majority of respondents are city dwellers (58.51%), with incomplete higher education (33.33%), mostly working and having family (with neurotic depression (54.95% and 51.65% respectively) and organic depression) (51.16% and 55.81%, respectively) and mostly unemployed and single (with endogenous depression) (59.14% and 58.06%, respectively). It was determined that among the factors of mental trauma in subjects with neurotic depression factors related to family and personal relationships (DC=3.32) dominated, in organic depression – with their own health (DC=2.08), in endogenous depression – factors of socio-psychological nature (DC=2.75). It was found that such factors as young age (20-29 years), higher education, living in the city, having a family, can be favorable factors for the formation of the rehabilitation potential of people with depressive disorders of various genesis. It was also determined that according to many socio-demographic indicators, subjects with neurotic disorders coincided with the respondents of the control group, which may indicate a higher level of rehabilitation potential of people with neurotic depression.

Встановлено, що у досліджуваних з депресивними розладами, незалежно від їх ґенези, відзначалися порушення процесу адаптації з низькими показниками за параметрами: життєстійкості, неадаптивних копінг-стратегій, зниженням адаптаційного потенціалу; вони відрізнялись спустошеністю мотиваційної сфери, зниженням спонукань та екзистенціальною невиконаністю (низький рівень самодистанціювання, самотрансценденції, свободи і персональності); високою емоційною лабільністю, тривожністю, депресивністю, напруженістю, самокритикою, інтровертованістю, низькими показниками експресивності, переважанням високого та дуже високого рівнів психічної ригідності, високого рівня ригідної поведінки під час стресу; переважанням дезадаптивних інтрапсихічних типів ставлення до хвороби (меланхолійного, апатичного, іпохондричного), що потребувало засобів соціально-психологічної допомоги у системі забезпечення ефективності процесу розвитку їх реабілітаційного потенціалу. Виокремлено тригерні (пускові) та пролонговані механізми порушення процесу адаптації у осіб з депресивними розладами в структурі їх реабілітаційного потенціалу.
