Psychological bases of occupational health of specialists of economic sphere. Shevchenko О.А., Burlakova I.A., Sheviakov О.V., Agarkov O.A., Shramko I.A. A theoretical and methodological approach to the study of the process of professional health of specialists in the economic sphere was developed, which allowed to distinguish professionally important qualities of a specialist influencing his professional health, as well as to predict their transformation in changing social conditions. The peculiarities of the dynamics of the process of occupational health of specialists in the economic sphere (the stage of "primary formation" and undefined attitude to the profession; "personal-activity" stage -realization of social status at the level of the professional community; "professional-ethical" stage -values-based attitude to the profession) are revealed. Types of values-based attitude relation (neutral; pragmatic-realistic; values-based) to professional activity and peculiarities of their manifestations in specialists of economic sphere having different experience of such activity are determined. It is shown that the dynamics of professional becoming of specialists in the economic sphere is associated with the activation of changes in the internal and external environment of the subject of activity. The conceptual model of formation and preservation of professional health of specialists of the economic sphere is offered, implemented as a theoretical and methodological strategy of the systemic and holistic process in the direction of ensuring its effectiveness, presented in the form of an image of a healthy person, responsibly managing his own health and realizing himself in society, and an image of a specialist who independently sets the goals of formation and preservation of professional health, chooses the best ways and means and achievements. The developed model provides a qualitatively new level of personal, physical, professional and social readiness of the person for self-realization in the professional economic sphere of activity and successful integration into society.
In the social network Facebook from April 2020 to October 2020 an online survey using the "Google Form" was conducted to study the perception of the COVID-19 pandemic by the residents of Ukraine. The study involved 550 participants residing in the Ukraine-controlled territory and the city of Kyiv. The data are as follows: the coronavirus is considered a serious danger by 33.3±2.0% of respondents and 11.6±1.4% agree with certain doubts (in total – Σ44.9±2.1%); 21.1±1.7% believe that the coronavirus is not serious and 17.3±1.6% believe that it is probably not serious (Σ38,4±2.1%). COVID-19 is recognized as a pandemic by 73.6±1.9% of respondents, of them 45.6±2.1% of respondents completely agree with this statement. Different views towards the severity of the problem show little but reliable correlation with age (rc =0,23; p<0.001), gender (rc =0,21; p<0,001) of the respondents, as well as with the size of the locality where respondents live (rc =0.30; p<0.001). It was revealed that men (47.2±3.6%), persons over 50 years of age (47.5±5.0%) and residents of small towns with a population of 3,000 to 10,0000 residents (47.7±4.3%) are more skeptical about this issue. The majority of respondents have a moderate level of epidemiological vigilance – 299 (54.4±2.1%); this means that a person emphasizes the seriousness and real threats of coronavirus infection, perceives and adheres to the adopted measures, but with certain hesitations. A high level of epidemiological vigilance characterized by confidence in the real situation and the adopted measures is found in 119 (21.6±1.8%) respondents. A low level of epidemiological vigilance is in 121 (22.0±1.8%) respondents. Only 11 people (2.0±0.6%) have the overall sum of points, which indicates the absence of epidemiological vigilance.
To study the rehabilitation potential of law enforcement officers and the process of its development, a verbal-communicative diagnostic method was used to collect information about subjects with depressive disorders using "Google Form". The study was conducted on the social network Facebook during 2020-2021. The study involved 452 people from the Central, Southern and Eastern regions of Ukraine aged 20 to 49 years with depressive disorders of the neurotic spectrum and 182 subjects without affective disorders. Socio-demographic features of the subjects with depressive disorders of different genesis are analyzed. It was found that women (54.51%) and subjects aged 30-49 years (70.0%) predominated among the surveyed. The majority of respondents are city dwellers (58.51%), with incomplete higher education (33.33%), mostly working and having family (with neurotic depression (54.95% and 51.65% respectively) and organic depression) (51.16% and 55.81%, respectively) and mostly unemployed and single (with endogenous depression) (59.14% and 58.06%, respectively). It was determined that among the factors of mental trauma in subjects with neurotic depression factors related to family and personal relationships (DC=3.32) dominated, in organic depression – with their own health (DC=2.08), in endogenous depression – factors of socio-psychological nature (DC=2.75). It was found that such factors as young age (20-29 years), higher education, living in the city, having a family, can be favorable factors for the formation of the rehabilitation potential of people with depressive disorders of various genesis. It was also determined that according to many socio-demographic indicators, subjects with neurotic disorders coincided with the respondents of the control group, which may indicate a higher level of rehabilitation potential of people with neurotic depression.
The purpose of the study was to develop an optimal model of simulation and practical examination stations “hygiene and ecology” as components of objective structured clinical examination for the actualization of the formation of a preventive way of thinking among students of higher medical training. The paper analyzes the Passports of the simulation and practical stations of the objective structured clinical examination, their methodological and logistical support, which will allow to fully perform all the tasks and methods provided by the algorithms for mastering special professional competencies. The simulation station reproduces a number of real-life situations in specific tasks (25 options in total), the solution of which allows to assess the student's mastery of the professional competencies provided by the higher education standard, in particular: determining the risks to public health from the consumption of poor-quality drinking water, determining the nutritional status of the patient and the appropriateness of the prescription of therapeutic nutrition for the prevention of “diseases of civilization”, determining the requirements for compliance with sanitary and epidemiological requirements in health care facilities. The practical station is equipped with modern analytical instruments which allows the student to demonstrate their practical skills, in particular: bacterial air testing with evaluation of the results, research and evaluation of indoor microclimate parameters, research and evaluation of light environment parameters, measurement and evaluation of ionizing radiation, professional hand hygiene in health care facilities. To ensure high-quality training of students to perform the tasks of a practical station additional educational video guides were created, which are posted for general access on the department's page on the website of the University. Conclusion. Ukraine has now formed its own complex set of social, technogenic and environmental problems, which necessitates the development of appropriate skills and abilities in preventive medicine in future general practitioners. Objective structured clinical examination is a modern type of assessment of students' practical knowledge and skills, designed to test their acquisition of clinical skills and competencies that cannot be assessed by traditional forms of examinations. For the practical implementation of the preventive part of objective structured clinical examination in institutions of higher medical education, it should be taken into account that the traditional methods of protection and prevention, which have been developed by mankind over the centuries for the prevention of mass infectious, environmentally dependent, occupational and lifestyle diseases, in modern conditions are insufficient and/or ineffective
