Purpose. The dynamics and pace of social and economic transformations that are characteristic of modern society, lead to an increase in tension and the destruction of habitual stereotypesideals, values, norms, patterns of behaviour that unite people. These moments encourage us to rethink the understanding of "security" essence, in particular, psychological, which emphasizes the urgency of its study in the philosophical and sociocultural coordinates. Theoretical basis of the research is based on the philosophical methodology of K. Jaspers, E. Fromm and the A. Maslow's psychological approach to understanding of a person. Originality. Psychological security is considered at different levels: first and foremost, society is a characteristic of social security, that is an analysis of how today's social technologies, social changes affect the quality of life of the country's population; secondly, the social environmentthe family, the immediate environment, reference groups, training teams; thirdly, a person is an experience of his own security-insecurity, when it is possible to talk about the manifestations of psychological violence, when certain behavioral acts contribute to the violation of the security of the other or to selfdestruction. It is found out that the knowledge of psychological security is closely connected with the sociohistorical conditions of being, with the level of development of material and spiritual culture, with the interests and values prevailing in society, which determines its ontological, epistemological and axiological features. The presented issue is considered in the correlation of psychological security with types of scientific rationalityclassical, nonclassical and post-nonclassical approaches, within the framework of which various perspectives, aspects, forms and types of psychological security are studied. Conclusions. The concept of security requires a systematic description of its manifestations, types, levels, concepts: security as the absence of dangers (based on the principle of dichotomy, that is, a certain whole consisting of two opposite parts, in th is case, the whole is human existence); security as a certain activity to ensure or to prevent any threats or dangers (activity approach); security as a conscious necessity, the value of the individual. The study systematizes various ideas about psychological security in accordance with the logic of scientific knowledge: in the mainstream of classical, non-classical and post-nonclassical approaches.
Psychological bases of occupational health of specialists of economic sphere. Shevchenko О.А., Burlakova I.A., Sheviakov О.V., Agarkov O.A., Shramko I.A. A theoretical and methodological approach to the study of the process of professional health of specialists in the economic sphere was developed, which allowed to distinguish professionally important qualities of a specialist influencing his professional health, as well as to predict their transformation in changing social conditions. The peculiarities of the dynamics of the process of occupational health of specialists in the economic sphere (the stage of "primary formation" and undefined attitude to the profession; "personal-activity" stage -realization of social status at the level of the professional community; "professional-ethical" stage -values-based attitude to the profession) are revealed. Types of values-based attitude relation (neutral; pragmatic-realistic; values-based) to professional activity and peculiarities of their manifestations in specialists of economic sphere having different experience of such activity are determined. It is shown that the dynamics of professional becoming of specialists in the economic sphere is associated with the activation of changes in the internal and external environment of the subject of activity. The conceptual model of formation and preservation of professional health of specialists of the economic sphere is offered, implemented as a theoretical and methodological strategy of the systemic and holistic process in the direction of ensuring its effectiveness, presented in the form of an image of a healthy person, responsibly managing his own health and realizing himself in society, and an image of a specialist who independently sets the goals of formation and preservation of professional health, chooses the best ways and means and achievements. The developed model provides a qualitatively new level of personal, physical, professional and social readiness of the person for self-realization in the professional economic sphere of activity and successful integration into society.
It is revealed that a person's success in professional activity is closely related to his health, and the impact of health on his career and vice versa is an interdependent process. It is proved that healthy behaviour is a concrete manifestation of the psychological potential of health, it is both a process and the result of the interaction of such factors as motivation to health; lessons learned in maintaining health; the ability to maintain your health at an attained level. For the usage of the appropriate socio-psychological technologies for the formation of occupational health of the economic sphere professionals, we considered the factors of a three-component structure that combines cognitive, emotional and behavioural modules. The cognitive module provides an adequate understanding of the specialist about his level of health. Emotional module includes the full range of «health / illness» experiences arising from a specialist involved in a particular professional situation. The behavioural module reflects the behaviour of a specialist, which facilitates adaptation to changing environmental conditions and professional activity. We also refer to the psychological factors of occupational health of the economic sphere professionals as stressors of professional activity and individual-psychological features of the personality of a professional. The main stressors that affect the activities of the economic sphere professionals are the following: the content of professional activity, its organization; professional career; corporate relationships; non-organizational sources of stress. The impact of various stress factors on the occupational health of the economic sphere specialist is great. The main features of this negative impact are: negative self-esteem; feelings of guilt; increasing aggression, hostility; feeling of emotional exhaustion; presence of psychosomatic disease. In terms of satisfaction with life and happiness, it depends on four factors: emotional equilibrium; life priorities; work and rest ratio; own weight. Most of the described factors can be attributed to the objective influences and subjective experience of the situation in professional activity and based on the level of development of psychological resources of specialists in the economic sphere.
