A partir de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, este artigo discute e analisa criticamente a produção acadêmica mais difundida sobre os fatores que influenciam o compartilhamento de conhecimento e suas possíveis barreiras nas organizações. Os resultados sugerem que o compartilhamento de conhecimento pode ser determinado tanto por fatores individuais e organizacionais, como por fatores tecnológicos. O estudo também identificou possíveis barreiras ao compartilhamento de conhecimento. Elas estão direcionadas aos custos associados ao ato de compartilhar, tanto para quem busca conhecimento como para quem disponibiliza.
Resumo As organizações necessitam inovar para se sustentar em mercados cada vez mais dinâmicos e competitivos. Compartilhar conhecimento de maneira eficiente se torna essencial nesse contexto, pois é a partir de novos conhecimentos que as inovações fundamentalmente são concebidas. Este estudo tem como objetivo propor um modelo analítico e empírico do compartilhamento de conhecimento nas organizações baseando-se em uma abordagem do compartilhamento de conhecimento como ação cooperativa. Para tanto foi realizada uma revisão crítica dos antecedentes literais sobre o compartilhamento de conhecimento nas organizações. Os resultados sugerem que os principais focos para a análise desse processo são: as características do conhecimento a ser compartilhado, as características do ambiente organizacional, as oportunidades para compartilhar, as barreiras ao compartilhamento, as condições para a existência de cooperação e as motivações para compartilhar. Conclui-se que esse modelo analítico possibilita aos gestores, analistas, pesquisadores e demais interessados, a identificação de problemas relativos ao compartilhamento de conhecimento nas organizações e o planejamento de possíveis soluções, medidas corretivas, ações ou políticas, fundamentadas na realidade de cada organização. A preocupação com atividades produtivas sustentáveis no âmbito do agronegócio é emergente. A busca por atividades que simultaneamente melhorem a condição de vida das populações e conservem o meio ambiente estão no cerne das discussões contemporâneas. No contexto atual apresentado, o coelho pode ser considerado como animal estratégico e a cunicultura como atividade produtiva sustentável. Este artigo propõe analisar a cunicultura em uma perspectiva estratégica de diversificação em propriedades rurais. Para tanto, foi utilizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica de caráter exploratório acerca da temática. A cunicultura conforme a metodologia utilizada é vista como uma atividade produtiva de grande potencial no contexto mundial atual, carente de atividades produtivas mais sustentáveis, que aliem o aspecto econômico aos aspectos ambientais e sociais. Dentro de uma perspectiva de diversificação em propriedades rurais, a atividade cunícula se evidencia com grande potencial, visto seus benefícios relacionados à baixa necessidade de espaço, ao aproveitamento de resíduos, impacto ambiental reduzido, fonte rica de proteína e complementaridade com outras atividades.
O fenômeno das compras on-line já foi bastante explorado por pesquisadores no Brasil e no mundo. No entanto, as compras on-line de material esportivo ainda se apresentam como um segmento pouco explorado na literatura. Este artigo teve como objetivo investigar os fatores que influenciam os consumidores a escolher entre as empresas de varejo on-line especializadas em materiais esportivos. Para tanto foram coletados dados a partir de uma survey junto a uma amostra não probabilística, por conveniência, de consumidores universitários. Os resultados indicam que os principais fatores que podem exercer influência na escolha desses consumidores são: a segurança do site, a reputação da marca e/ou loja e o preço. Tais fatores convergem com evidências de outros estudos sobre comportamento de compras on-line, sugerindo que as empresas que atuam neste segmento, ou futuros empreendedores que desejam se inserir no setor, devem investir na construção e fortalecimento da marca e, ou site, praticando preços competitivos, que entreguem valor para o consumidor, proporcionando também uma estrutura de segurança nas plataformas de compras digitais adequada às necessidades dos clientes. A agricultura inteligente (Smart Farming), ciência que combina as vantagens oferecidas pelas inovadoras tecnologias da chamada agricultura 4.0, com a indústria agrícola já consolidada, oferece uma nova concepção de fazenda, com intensiva aplicação de tecnologias de informação e comunicação. Suas práticas são reconhecidas como saída para o crescente desafio de produzir mais alimentos utilizando menos recursos, além de satisfazer a novos e exigentes padrões de consumo mais sustentáveis. Embora os potenciais benefícios da popularização desse novo modelo de fazenda sejam reconhecidos, há ainda uma série de gargalos e desafios a serem superados para que essas práticas sejam implementadas e disseminadas pelo Brasil e pelo mundo. Este estudo buscou identificar os principais desafios a serem superados para a popularização dessas práticas. Empregou-se uma revisão sistemática integrativa de publicações disponíveis nas bases de dados: Scopus, Web of Science, Science Direct; Spell e Scielo. Os resultados apontam que os principais desafios são: (1) Infraestrutura Digital, (2) Qualificação, (3) Insegurança e Desconfiança, (4) Integração e Customização e (5) Capital e Crédito.
