As metodologias ativas surgem como uma alternativa na busca de auxiliar a aprendizagem de estudantes com diferentes interesses e habilidades, servindo de ferramenta para o educador atrair e manter a atenção dos alunos, motivando-os a buscar conhecimento e serem protagonista do seu próprio aprendizado. O objetivo deste estudo é mensurar os desafios e oportunidades da inserção dessas metodologias para alunos com deficiência auditiva. Espera-se fornecer um material de suporte ao professor, que lhe permita vincular o conteúdo da aula com as diferentes metodologias ativas, através de estudos já realizados, permitindo por meio deste artigo colaborar com a aquisição do saber do aluno, bem como contribuir para seu desenvolvimento educativo.
Queijo Minas Frescal é classificado como semi gordo, de alta umidade e de massa crua, obtido por coagulação enzimática do leite com coalho ou com a ação de bactérias lácticas especificas. Quando se trata de produtos manuseados, principalmente queijos, a preocupação é grande em relação à contaminação por Salmonella sp., Listeria monocytogenes, coliformes totais e termotolerantes. O grupo de bactérias coliformes são os principais contaminantes relacionados à deterioração de queijos, acarretando em fermentações indesejadas. Quanto à Salmonela sp. sabe-se que está permanece viável em queijos contaminados por longo período de tempo, causando infecções alimentares. A Listeria monocytogenes pode ser introduzida no queijo Minas Frescal artesanal pela utilização de leite cru para sua fabricação. A ocorrência de doenças e de processos de deterioração indesejável reforça a necessidade de se realizar controle sobre a qualidade dos alimentos de origem animal. Nesse contexto, esse estudo apresenta um revisão bibliográfica acerca dos principais microrganismos analisados para controle da qualidade de queijo Minas Frescal, os perigos que esses microrganismos apresentam para saúde pública, bem como resultados de estudos reportando a qualidade desse produto alimenticio.
O presente trabalho objetivou realizar a análise de água de regiões habitadas por comunidades quilombolas e que possuem pouco conhecimento em relação ao saneamento básico necessário para o consumo da água. Foram realizadas as análises físico-químicas (sólidos totais, demanda bioquímica de oxigênio e oxigênio dissolvido) e analises microbiológicas (coliformes totais e fecais). Conformes os resultados obtidos, pode-se concluir que a água consumida nos pontos coletados se mostra inapropriada para o consumo segundo a Portaria nº2.914/2011, que estabelece a ausência de Escherichia Coli na água, evitando a propagação de doenças e ressaltando-se assim, a necessidade de tratamento para adequação aos padrões de potabilidade.
Diversos são os desafios envolvendo práticas sustentáveis e reflexivas nos espaços escolares. A implementação do programa 5S, fundado após a Segunda Guerra Mundial, no Japão, se mostra uma alternativa viável para a criação de um ambiente escolar organizado e que promove a construção de conhecimentos de maneira viável e sustentável. Nessa perspectiva, o presente estudo objetiva refletir acerca da importância da implementação do programa 5S em ambientes educacionais. Apresentamos um estudo de abordagem qualitativa, e quanto aos procedimentos é uma pesquisa bibliográfica e documental. Evidenciamos que o programa de qualidade 5S tem a capacidade de promover melhoras significativas em todo ambiente escolar, facilitando uma mudança de panorama nas escolas, com vistas à construção de saberes coletivos de maneira significativa.
