Kementerian kesehatan menyelenggarakan program pemberian tablet tambah darah untuk remaja putri. Ini merupakan program baru dari pemerintah. Tablet dibagikan gratis untuk remaja putri usia sekolah menengan melalui Puskesmas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui model yang efektif dalam implementasi program pemberian tablet tambah darah pada remaja putri di kabupaten Banyumas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam. Informan adalah pelaksana gizi di puskesmas, guru UKS pelaksana program di sekolah, dan siswi. Diperoleh tiga model atau pola dalam implementasi pemberian tablet tambah darah pada penelitian ini. Permodel yang lebih efektif dalam pemberian TTD dengan adanya pemberdayaan petugas puskesmas terhadap guru sekolah dan perwakilan siswi dalam mengelola ditribusi dan konsumsi tablet tambah darah. Untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan remaja putri dalam mengkonsumsi tablet tambah darah, diperlukan peningkatan pemberdayaan pihak guru dan siswi oleh pelaksana gizi puskesmas supaya tujuan program pemberian tablet tambah darah untuk remaja putri bisa efektif.Kata Kunci:, anemia, remaja putri, tablet tambah darah, model implementasi Abstract [MODEL OF IMPLEMENTATION FE SUPPLEMENTATION TABLETS IN THE HIGH SCHOOL]The Ministry of Health is release a program for giving Fe supplementation tablets to adolecencts. This is a new program from the government. Tablets are distributed free of charge for adolecencts through primary health care. The purpose of this study was to determine an effective model in the implementation of the program of adding Fe supplementation tablets to adolescent in Banyumas district. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data obtained through in-depth interviews. The informants were nutrition implementers at the primary health care, teachers implementing the programs at schools, and students. Three models or patterns were obtained in the implementation of giving Fe supplementation tablets in this study. A more effective permodel in giving (blood-added tablets) TTD is by empowering puskesmas staff for school teachers and female representatives in managing the distribution and consumption of blood-added tablets. To improve adolecencts adherence in consuming Fe supplementation tablets, it is necessary to increase the empowerment of teachers and students by primary health care nutrition practitioners so that the goal of giving Fe supplementation tablets to adolecencts can be effective.

This research is useful for researchers, Puskesmas, BPJS Health, and Mother Post partum as input to immediately join BPJS Health so that it can monitor health throughout health cycle especially at reproductive age.The type of research is comparative observational analytics with cross sectional design. The study population were all post-partum mothers in Puskesmas II Baturraden of Banyumas Regency with the formula of Lemesow obtained sample of 96 post-saline mothers. Sampling technique is Proporsive Sampling. Independent variables include knowledge, attitude, and motivation while the Dependent variable is MKJP's contraceptive tool. Data analysis are univariate, and bivariate by Chi-Square.Results of research on knowledge obtained P = 1.82 while P> 0.05, attitudes obtained P = 0.403 while P> 0.05, the motivation obtained P = 1.82 while P> 0.05, all showed no difference Conclusion there is no difference of knowledge, attitudes, and motivation of BPJS participants Maternal post-salt mothers to choose MKJP contraceptives. Suggestions are directed to health workers to be more active in providing information, involving professional organizations and non-governmental organizations assisting the MKJP program. (Notoadmodjo, 2007). Pengetahuan responden kurang baik kemungkinan salah satu penyebabnya adalah karena mereka lupa akan penge-tahuan yang diperoleh dan tidak pernah dipraktikkan dalam kegiatan sehari-hari. Faktor daya ingat individu satu dengan yang lain berbeda, sehingga responden ada yang mempunyai pengetahuan baik dan adapula yang mempunyai penge-tahuan kurang baik.Informasi yang kurang mengenai alat kontrasepsi beserta efek samping, kontraindikasi, kekurangan, dan kelebihan. Beberapa ibu sangat jarang mengikuti acara-acara penyuluhan mengenai keluarga berencana. Hal ini sependapat dengan Kuswati, Ani (2007), yang menyatakan bahwa pengalaman di dalam menggunakan jenis KB akan berpengaruh terhadap Tabel 1.4 menunjukkan bahwa penge-tahuan responden kurang sebanyak 59 orang (61.5%) jumlahnya lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan pengetahuan responden baik yaitu sebanyak 37 orang (38.5%).Hal ini sesuai dengan teori Green yang menyatakan bahwa pengetahuan sebagai salah satu faktor predisposisi untuk terjadinya perilaku seseorang.
