The iron supplementation program for improving the iron status, but this program is not always successfully to reducing prevalence anemia. The objective was to analyzed factor that influenced succesfully of iron supplementation program at the adolescent girls. A quasi experiment pre-post intervention design was applied in female student at Bogor City between September 2016 until
Background; nutritional status is a condition in which a person's body is healthy or not, which can be seen anthropometrically, biochemically, physically, and dietary intake. The state of excess intake and inadequate activity will lead to excess body weight. During the COVID-19 pandemic, physical activity decreased among adolescents, so there is a risk of being overweight. Objectives; to analyze the relationship between activity and nutritional status in adolescents during the COVID-19 pandemic in Medan City. Material and Method; analytical survey with cross-sectional study approach. This research was conducted by collecting data online in Medan City. The sample of this study was adolescents with a random sampling of 99 samples. Results; This study shows that there is a association between physical activity and nutritional status in adolescents with p-value (0,008). Conclusion; physical activity is needed to maintain body weight during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Kemungkinan susunan gen warna bulu kambing Kejobong yaitu B-C-S-ii (hitam), --cc ----(putih), BBC-ssii (hitam putih), BbC-ssii (hitam coklat), bbC-ssii (putih coklat) dan bbC-S-ii (coklat). Kata kunci: pola pewarisan, warna bulu, kambing Kejobong ABSTRACTThe objective of this research was to examine the inheritance of coat color pattern of Kejobong goat. The material used was goat family with clear lineage, in which the number of samples were 130 Kejobong family, consisted of 201 kids, 130 does and 51 bucks. Coat color of black, black white, black brown, brown, white brown and white, were observed. The coat color types were classified and genetically grouped according to the pigmentation types and color patterns. Probability compilation gene of coat color of Kejobong goat were B-C-S-ii (black), --cc ----(white), BBC-ssii (black white), BbC-ssii (black brown), bbC-ssii (white brown) and bbC-S-ii (brown). Inheritance of coat color observed and fenotipe ratio expected were used to calculate Chi-square. Results of study showed that the inheritance of coat color pattern of Kejobong goat were not in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium with exeption of mating between black and black brown and mating between brown black and white brown showing similarity in observations and expectations.
This research was carried out at the Sports Science Study Program, Faculty of Sports Science, Medan State University, and the Surrounding Medan Football Association (PSMS). The respondents in this study were ten athletes and four football coaches. The model that will be used is a Four-D (4D) model consisting of four (4) stages, namely, Define (defining), Design (design), Develop (development), and Disseminate (deployment). The results showed that most ( 95%) of respondents needed an E-Book on physical exercise and diet management for football athletes. They agreed that all physical training materials in the indicators mentioned must be in the E-book. The validation results of the material show that the material presented in the e-book is very suitable (3.67) with what is needed today and is ideal for use. The results of validation of the media show that this e-book media is included in the category of very suitable both for the completeness of presentation and the feasibility of graphics and can be used as an electronic medium for football sports. The readability test results received an average assessment of 3.75, meaning that the e-book can be declared very legible and suitable for use. The results of the different tests showed significant differences in the years before and after being given the intervention of physical training and diet E-books for Football Athletes. Athletes' knowledge has increased, with an average knowledge increase score of 19.4 points. Suggestions for future improvement and development of e-books are like adding more exciting images and multiplying case examples.
