Selama ini, peternak kurang memahami sistem agribisnis yang didalamnya terdiri dari beberapa subsistem yaitu: pengadaan dan penyaluran sarana produksi, kegiatan produksi primer (budidaya), pengolahan (agroindustri) dan pemasaran. Pengembangan agribisnis tidak akan efektif dan efisien apabila hanya mengembangkan salah satu subsistem saja. Usaha peternakan akan lebih menguntungkan apabila peternak mampu mengolah langsung babi yang dipeliharanya menjadi produk yang memiliki nilai ekonomis lebih tinggi, misalnya: babi guling (suckling pig), nugget babi, urutan (sosis) babi, iga dan steak babi, timbungan, serta produk olahan babi lainnya. Selama ini, yang ada di pasaran hanyalah chicken nugget, fish nugget dan shrimp nugget. Apabila masyarakat peternak babi, khususnya di Desa Semaon Payangan, mampu memproduksi daging babi menjadi produk olahan dengan kualitas yang baik, maka diharapkan pendapatan rumah tangga dari hasil berternak babi secara sampingan ini dapat ditingkatkan. Selain itu dengan promosi dan pemasaran yang baik, diharapkan produk olahan ini nantinya dapat dijadikan oleh-oleh khas Bali sehingga mampu meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat.
The computer provides document search based on the document file title. So this makes it difficult for users to find documents, if the user forgets the file title of the document. String matching algorithm is the basic component for data searching. Search engine requires an algorithm that can work quickly and can sort the documents according to the level of compatibility. One of the algorithms that match is the Mixed Heuristic. These algorithms perform a search pattern or query not just against a word, but can be a sentence of more than one word. In addition, these algorithms also perform ranking of relevant documents. This paper shows the analysis of the level of accuracy using precision and recall of the results given by search engines by using the Mixed Heuristic algorithms for string matching, and the analysis of documents from the results given by search engines.
Placement of the end user as a center in the system development process is a philosophy of UCD (User Centered Design). UCD method can help end users to overcome the difficulty of reading and translating the documents that exist in every development. The UCD approach has been supported by a variety of techniques, tools, methods, procedures and processes to help design interactive systems to be more user-centered. In the UCD method the user is at the highest level on all graphical interfaces that are used in conjunction with the entire admin content of the information. The user interaction with the information admin must have the same comfort as his experience using other systems. This writing aims to design an e-commerce application with the UCD method of selling books and providing information relating to books. The methods used for collecting data are interviews and observation of end users, and literature studies. The expected outcome of this design is to be able to provide better services, especially in providing books desired by the buyer.
Police officer admission attracts people to be able to contribute for their country. There could be many youths who want to participate on it. Based on that number, we believe that a prediction system about the admission of police officer is important to notice a decent candidate. This research generated a prediction system to find out how many police officers are received at each year. The object of this research is the North Sumatra Police Chief. This study used the ANOVA method, that is a two-way ANOVA procedure which is classified using statistical product and service solutions (SPSS) version 16 to determine the admission of prospective police officers from year to year. Supporting factors in the recruitment of prospective police officers is the ability of intelligence candidates to be seen from year to year.
