This study analyzes the influence of organizational justice, trust, and job satisfaction channeled to an organization thoroughly on OCB, and examine and elaborate on the influence of organizational justice and trust on OCB mediated by job satisfaction. The instrument used questionnaires. The samples were determined by the proportional stratified random sampling. From 273 samples of teachers from 305 Private Middle schools in Tangerang Regency, the data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).The findings indicated that organizational justice, trust, and job satisfaction significantly influence OCB and organizational justice significantly influenced trust and job satisfaction. The findings prove that job satisfaction and trust of teachers can act as a complete mediation between organizational justice and OCB. The practical implication of this study is to provide knowledge and information for teachers and school management to improve OCB by implementing the concept of organizational justice, trust, and job satisfaction of the teachers.
Teacher’s performance plays a crucial role in achieving quality of education and good character of students. Low teacher’s performance will decrease quality of graduates itself. Based on data in north Jakarta vocational school, teacher’s performance is in priority programs of government, and still need to be increased. The objectives of this research is to investigate whether there exist any direct positive effect of transformational leadership and work motivation towards teacher’s performance at North Jakarta Vocational School. As many as 81 from 443 teachers were used as research samples to obtain data which were then analyzed using quantitative methods of path analysis. The result shows that there exists a positive direct effect of (1) transformational leadership towards teacher performance, (2) work motivation towards teacher performance, (3) transformational leadership towards work motivation.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the teacher dispatching program for Indonesian children's education in Malaysia. Currently, there are 53,687 children of Indonesian citizens in Malaysian Sabah plantations that have difficult access to education. Since 2006, the government of Indonesia has periodically sent teachers to provide education services for Indonesian children in Sabah Malaysia. This research uses the qualitative approach with the evaluative method. The research model used is a model developed by Stufflebeam, namely CIPP model (context, input, process, product). The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the teacher dispatching program for Indonesian children's education in Sabah Malaysia in some aspects has not yet reached the evaluation criteria and needs revamping, but in general the program is running well and must be continuously implemented to provide the right of quality basic education services for every Indonesian citizen without discrimination.
The purpose of this study is to Evaluate the Implementation of culturalbased education policies at the high school level in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Culture-based education is the mandate of the Law on Privileges (Privileges Law) which upholds the values of the sublime culture typical of Yogyakarta. This research uses a qualitative approach with an evaluative method. The model developed by Stufflebeam is the CIPP model (context, input, process, product). The results of this study indicate that the implementation of cultural-based education policies at the high school level in Yogyakarta in some aspects have not yet reached the evaluation criteria and improvements are needed, but in general these policies are going well and must continue. Implement for the management and implementation of cultural-based education in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) based on the National Education System and graduation standards. The results of the study can be implemented in all subjects in 3 model school environments with 100% student graduation results. The implementation of culture-based education referred to in this research is on the cultural values of the Special Region of Yogyakarta that respects other regional cultures, national cultures, and global cultures.
This study aims to determine: (1) The direct effect of motivation on creativity; (2) the direct effect of Job Satisfaction on Creativity; and (3) the direct influence of motivation on job satisfaction. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach which is carried out using a path analysis technique. The unit of analysis in this study was all ASN Educators at SMA Negeri Region II Jakarta Barat with a sample size of 98 people selected with regard to a level in the population element (stratified random sampling). The results showed that: (1) there was a positive direct effect between motivations on creativity; (2) there is a positive direct effect between job satisfactions on creativity; and (3) there is a positive direct effect between motivations on job satisfaction.
