This chapter explores potential new ways of researching cultural tourism. Case studies were conducted on the following research methods: use of websites in IKEA, Netherlands; use of geo-tracking in Ipoki, Spain; use of public space in the New Zealand Travel Cafe in Tokyo, Japan; use of experience environments in the Co-lab in Sitges, Spain; use of storytelling in Audio Snacks/N8 geluiden in the USA and the Netherlands.
