The article presents a study of perception of living space. The semantic differential method is used in the research. The relevance of the work is determined by studying the perception of different types of living space in the cultural context. The study was conducted on the sample of students from Russia and China. As a result of the study, general and specific features of perception of home and dormitory spaces among Russian and Chinese students were found. The factor structure of perception of living space among Russian and Chinese representatives was revealed. Empirically, the general factor of comfort describing the perception of the living environment among representatives of both cultures was determined. It is established that perception of the living space of Russian students is focused on the controllability of home and the pragmatism of the dormitory. Affinity is an important parameter of perception of home space for Chinese students. The Chinese students highlight the dynamics and resource intensity in perception of dormitory. Students of both groups prefer their home space rather than dormitory. A dormitory space forms a more positive image in the perception of Chinese students, in contrast to the perception of the subjects from Russia.
This article presents a theoretical analysis of the history of the formation and existence of a relatively new branch of scientific knowledge - bioethics - at the present stage of its development. Different approaches to the definition of the causes and prerequisites for the emergence of bioethics are analyzed. The key events of the social, moral, ethical and scientific life of society that have influenced the emergence and identification of the direction of bioethics are indicated. The relevance and importance of bioethics in the modern world is demonstrated. The authors of the article have analyzed existing materials on this problem and identified a number of significant problems, the solution of which is currently being addressed by researchers of bioethical issues of our time. Moreover, the article presents a theoretical analysis of such important concepts of bioethics as bioethical consciousness, bioethical upbringing and education. The main and most important functions of bioethical consciousness are highlighted. It is shown that bioethical upbringing and education is becoming extremely important today for the training of highly qualified specialists of any profile.

Modern Russian Universities face a new type of educational, educational and psychological problems related to inclusive education, multiculturalism of the student population, and a high level of heterogeneity in the cognitive and social development of the younger generation. All this forms a powerful social demand for the development of the psychological service of education. The new socio-cultural situation of development of the young generation poses a new problems of psychological support of the educational system, which are reflected in the deliberations and discussions held in the framework of all-Russian scientific-practical conference with international participation «Actual problems of psychological service of the University in the new reality», which took place on 25–26 September 2020 in an online format. During the conference, the following issues were discussed: socio-psychological aspects of modern education, health protection of students, the specifics of the work of psychological services of universities and psychosocial aspects of distance learning at a university in a pandemic. As a result of the conference, it was proposed: to disseminate and implement the positive results of the activities of psychological services in the field of mental health protection among domestic universities; promote the creation of a common Internet space for the exchange of experience between psychological services of educational organizations; to develop a number of methodological recommendations on the specifics of teaching in conditions of distance learning for the teaching staff.
