The focus of the study in this study was motivated by a weakening trend interest in learning in non-formal education, especially religious education, is one of them Al-Qur'an Education Parks, in fact, in almost all places, there are many educational parks, Al-The Qur'an no longer organizes teaching and learning activities because it doesn't exist the santri or on the other hand exist but their existence is only sober, so it is very necessary edutainment-based education. Education based on edutainment in principle education which in its implementation is carried out in ways that are fun, with the aim that students feel happy and comfortable participating in learning. This research is a field research (field research) with a qualitative research type.The selection of sources was carried out using purposive sampling and snowballing sampling techniques.Data collection techniques with techniques: interviews, observation, and documentation. Whereastest the validity of the data using data triangulation techniques in the form of technical and source triangulation. Results this study shows that the first, in the implementation of Edutainment at Tpa AlThe wisdom of Kewangunan Village, Petanahan District, includes four stages, namely planning carried out through three processes, organizing consisting of two groups, mobilization which consists of two forms of mobilization, and supervision which is divided into two forms of supervision. Second, the Implementation of Edutainment Education includes: Making yells opening chants, Singing and music, Magic games and Humorous stories.
Education is a mean of change in society for a better life. In the community, education process is conducted by religious leaders (scholars or clerics) and also institute religious organizations. In running the educational process, religious leaders and organizations experience rejection in various forms both in words and actions. Community culture which is not in accordance with the Islamic values is a form of impious action in which it is as an object of Islamic education activity in the community. Some types of impious activities are by not respecting each other, not praying, and not fasting. This phenomenon makes scholars and religious organizations rush to perform their functions in Islamic education process, to cultivate the values of tolerances in various dimensions and mutual respect through a synthesis of religion and culture.
This research is motivated by the phenomenon of implementation character education at MTs Negeri 5 Kebumen. As a madrasa residing in a rural environment, to be precise in the Klirong sub-district, MTs Negeri 5 Kebumen has implemented teaching-based character education Islam and able to achieve quite brilliant achievements, both academic achievements and non-academic. The purpose of this research is to find out knowledge, commitment and student action towards character education in MTs Country 5 Kebumen. This research includes the types of qualitative descriptive research with a phenomenological approach with research subjects at MTs Negeri 5 Kebumen. The data collection technique used is the observation technique, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques use the Miles and Huberman. The results of the analysis show that: 1) students' understanding of the program character education and various activities that contain character values at Mts Negeri 5 Kebumen, both intracurricular, extracurricular, habituation and activities spontaneity. 2) students have shown a strong commitment to education character in MTs Negeri 5 Kebumen, namely the willingness of students to make promises to comply with all regulations that apply in madrasas and be ready to get sanctions for violations. 3) students have shown that action reflects the character values in MTs Negeri 5 Kebumen like using speech, attitude and good deeds.
This research is intended to answer the following problems: 1) Is there any influence of the leadership of the madrasa head on student achievement? 2) Is there an effect of teacher performance on student achievement? 3) Is there an influence of the leadership of the madrasa head and teacher performance together on student achievement at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'arif NU 1 Kalijaran? This type of research is a quantitative research. The data was obtained by using questionnaires, observations, interviews and documentation. All data obtained were then analyzed using quantitative data analysis. The results of the study found that: 1) The leadership of the madrasah head had a positive and significant effect on student achievement as evidenced by the regression calculation obtained a positive constant of 3,017 where the variable of Madrasah Principal Leadership (X1) had a significant number > 0.05, which was 0.915 with a calculated t value 1.108. The more the leadership of the madrasa head increases, the learning achievement of students will increase; 2) Teacher performance has a positive and significant effect on student achievement with the Teacher Performance variable (X2) having a significant number > 0.05, which is equal to 0.17 with a t-value of 2,505, it is concluded that the Teacher Performance variable has a positive and significant effect on learning achievement; 3) The leadership of the madrasah head and teacher performance simultaneously influence the results of student achievement at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'arif NU 1 Kalijaran which is obtained from the calculation of F count of 159.686 with a significance of <0.05, which is equal to 0.000. From these results it is known that the regression line equation can be used to predict Learning Achievement, or it can be said that the Madrasah Principal Leadership and Teacher Performance variables jointly affect Learning Achievement.
A qualitative approach is used in this study. The research took place at the Nuril Anwar Maron Loano Islamic Boarding School, Purworejo. Data collection is done by way of interviews, observation and documentation. The research informants were Mufattisy Pondok, Head of the Foundation, Head of the Madrasah and his deputy, Ustadz/Teacher of Akidah Akhlak, Management and students and residents around the pesantren. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. While checking the validity of the data is done by triangulation method. Furthermore, the results of the research show that at the learning planning stage it is quite well organized and learning is carried out with three activities namely the beginning, core and closing and is supported by the example given by the Ustadz/administrator. While the process of learning assessment is carried out using periodic test methods, UTS, UAS and direct tests. As for the follow-up carried out, among others, by conducting apperceptions, written/oral evaluations and special coaching if needed
This study aims to analyze the management of work discipline in improving teacher performance. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The subject of this research is the Head of Madrasah. Informants of this study are teachers. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Checking the validity of the data using source and method triangulation. The data analysis technique uses an interactive analysis model, which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study can be concluded that: at MTs Al Islamiyah Balorejo Bonorowo in implementing preventive discipline teacher performance has been carried out since the inception of MTs Al Islamiyah Balorejo Bonorowo, while corrective discipline has also been carried out, but the punishment given is not so burdensome in the sense that it is still just reprimand. Meanwhile, corrective discipline at MTs Al Islamiyah Balorejo Bonorowo so far has only served as a reference, a reference to make teachers more disciplined. At MTs Al Islamiyah Balorejo Bonorowo in carrying out discipline obeying the rules and performance penalties are always applied because it is a rule that must be carried out by all teachers and employees at MTs Al Islamiyah Balorejo Bonorowo in order to improve discipline.
Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan perubahan dalam proses pembelajaran di lembaga pendidikan termasuk pada pendidikan tinggi. Perubahan tersebut dapat dilihat dari pelaksanaan pembelajaran dalam satu tahun terakhir yang harus dilaksanakan secara daring. Pembelajaran daring dilaksanakan guna mendukung kebijakan pemerintah berupa Pembatasan Berskala Besar (PSBB). Para dosen telah berupaya melaksanakan pembelajaran daring dengan menggunakan berbagai aplikasi yang telah tersedia seperti zoom meeting, google meet, quiz dan aplikasi lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris terkait intention to use dalam pembelajaran daring dengan attitude sebagai variabel mediasi. Data penelitian sebanyak 297 yang dikumpulkan secara daring. Responden penelitian merupakan mahasiswa aktif di berbagai perguruan tinggi yang ada di Kabupaten Magelang. Data penelitian dianalisis structural equation modeling dengan menggunakan software Smart PLS. Hasil pengujian membuktikan bahwa pedagogic competence, perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness dapat mempengaruhi attitude. Hasil pengujian lainnya membuktikan perceived usefulness dan attitude berpengaruh terhadap intention to use, namun pedagogic competence tidak terbukti. Hasil pengujian pengaruh tidak langsung dapat diketahui bahwa attitude dapat memediasi hubungan antara pedagogic competence, perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness terhadap intention to use.Student acceptance of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic with the Technology Acceptance Model approach AbstractCovid-19 pandemic provided a change in the learning process in educational institutions included in higher education. These changes could be seen from the implementation of learning in the past year which should be implemented online. Online learning was be implemented to support government policies in the form of Large-Scale Restrictions (PSBB). The lecturers had made efforts to implement online learning by using various available applications such as zoom meetings, google meet, quizzes, and other applications. This study aims to prove empirically the intention to use online learning with attitude as a mediating variable. The research data were 297 collected online. Research respondents were active students in various universities in Magelang Regency. The research data were analyzed structural equation modeling using Smart PLS software. The test results prove that pedagogic competence, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness could affect attitude. Other test results prove that perceived usefulness and attitude had an effect on the intention to use, but pedagogic competence is not proven. The results of the indirect effect test show that attitude can mediate the relationship between pedagogic competence, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness for intention to use.
