This study was conducted to describe the use of Samawa tribe sakeco art as a learning material for literature in junior high school. This study used a qualitative approach with phenomenological theoretical bases. Data collection in this study was carried out by using participant observation techniques, in-depth interviews with VII grade Indonesian language teachers, and documentation. Data analysis began with data reduction, data presentation, to conclusions/verification. The conclusions of this study were: (1) Sumbawa tribal sakeco art is already familiar among students and teachers but has not been used as lesson material in schools so that it has not been known more deeply, (2) the utilization of the Samawa tribe of Sakeco art has been effective enough to be used as literary study material in accordance with the basic competencies in the 2013 curriculum which presents local wisdom to be taught to students, and; (3) constraints experienced by teachers in utilizing sakeco arts include: teachers not native to the Samawa tribe, there are still students who are not familiar with sakeco art, the language used in sakeco art tends to use the Sumbawa dialect, and books of sakeco collections do not yet exist.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang prosedur pengajuan kedatangan kapal di Kantor Pelabuhan Laut Batam, tahapan penerbitan nota tagihan jasa labuh tambat kapal dengan menggunakan sistem Host to Host di Kantor Pelabuhan Laut Batam dan tahapan proses pembayaran nota tagihan jasa labuh tambat dari PT. DIV SAMUDERA ABADI Batam ke Kantor Pelabuhan Laut Batam. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pengamatan (observasi), wawancara, dokumenter dan kepustakaan. Metode Host To Host sangat penting untuk menunjang kedatangan dan keberangkatan kapal di wilayah batam, karena Host To Host adalah sistem yang menghubungkan jaringan komputer satu dengan yang lainnya untuk memproses dokumen kapal yang akan di proses sebelum melaksanakan kegiatan bongkar/muat barang di pelabuhan. Tidak Dapat Melakukan Pengajuan Kedatangan Kapal Melalui Sistem Host to Host Apabila Riwayat Sebuah Kapal yang Sebelumnya diInput Belum di “Close” Oleh Satuan Kerja Pelabuhan Batu Ampar. Pada saat melakukan peng-inputan dokumen pengajuan ijin kedatangan kapal, agen harus benar – benar melengkapi dokumen-dokumen yang dperlukan agar tidak menghambat proses pengajuan ijin kedatangan kapal dengan cara memberikan Cek list, Pemberitahuan Kedatangan Kapal, Form PUK, Form 1A , Last Port Cleareance, Crew List, Surat Ukur dan Surat Laut di Kantor 52 Pelabuhan Laut Batam. Sedangkan dokumen yang digunakan untuk proses “ Closing” yaitu Last Port Cleareance (In), Form 2A.1 ( jasa labuh & tambat), Port Cleareance, lembar PUK, Form 1A, dan Faktur Lunas/Nota Lunas Labuh Tambat.
Decision-making on conditions that involve many alternatives, many criteria, and many judgments is a difficult thing to do. The difficulty is coupled with assessors who sometimes make decisions in hesitant, unclear, and inconsistent circumstances and each person can provide different judgments. One of the methods that can be used is Hesitant Fuzzy Linguistic Term Sets which is the development of Fuzzy Sets that can make decisions by using Hesitant Fuzzy Sets. Hesitant linguistic term has been introduced for capturing the human way of reasoning using linguistic expressions involving different levels of precision. The integration of Hesitant Fuzzy Linguistic Term Sets with Fuzzy Grid Partition will enhance the ability in the decision making process. This research will discuss the use of Hesitant Fuzzy Linguistic Term Sets method and Fuzzy Grid Partition for best lecturers determination.
