Dangerous Goods Transportation in smart cities is one of the most intriguing topics that researchers are interested in to reduce the risks caused by hazardous events. This article proposes a novel technique to avoid hazardous events during the transportation of dangerous goods using realtime information provided by the cloud. This article applies Fuzzy AHP-TOPSIS hybrid method for risk analysis applied to Dangerous goods transportation in a smart city. The article assumes that we have three criteria that dictate the choice of routs the vehicle follows: cost, duration, and risk. The main objective is to choose the best route through calculated weights assigned to the three criteria based on predefined pairwise comparisons. The study is done on both static and dynamic environments. In static environments, the decision is made and is followed prior to actions and no change of actions is made even if criteria values change. In dynamic environments on the other hand, the decision could change during the transportation process due to the change of the valuation the criteria contribute to. The study shows that risk is reduced and therefore safety is increased for the transportation of dangerous goods.

Tanaman kelapa sawit merupakan salah satu komoditas pertanian unggul wilayah Kalimantan Timur yang menghasilkan minyak maupun bahan bakar. Perkembangan dan efektifitas produksi hasil panen tanaman kelapa sawit dipengaruhi beberapa faktor seperti pemeliharaan, pemupukan, kualitas bibit unggul, identifikasi penyakit dan hama. Pengelolaan dan produktivitas lahan perkebunan secara terus menerus maka dibutuhkan proses penanaman kembali tanaman yang kurang produktif. Replanting merupakan teknik peremajaan tanaman kelapa sawit yang kurang produktif menggunakan parameter dan kriteria penilaian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi digital farming untuk menentukan kelayakan tanaman kelapa sawit yang dapat dilakukan replanting. Aplikasi digital farming merupakan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi(TIK) berbasis cerdas yang dapat menentukan tanaman yang layak untuk di replanting. Manfaat replanting adalah untuk pemenuhan regenerasi tanaman baru kelapa sawit pada suatu kebun yang khususnya di kelola oleh petani. Penelitian ini menerapkan pemodelan/algoritma perbandingan metode Topsis dan SAW dengan berbasis web. Metode Topsis dan SAW merupakan salah satu teknik pengukuran objek tanaman berdasarkan kepentingan kriteria, evaluasi alternatif penilaian, kalkulasi matrik, sehingga menghasilkan rangking tanaman yang layak dilakukan proses replanting. Perbandingan metode Topsis dan SAW dapat mengukur tingkat akurasi keputusan berdasarkan data yang dikelola dan di analisis pakar pertanian. Perbandingan model dan implementasi aplikasi digital farming maka dapat membantu petani pakar pertanian dalam melakukan evaluasi dan monitoring kelayakan tanaman kelapa sawit yang akan di replanting. Untuk jangka panjang maka dapat membantu petani meningkatkan produktivitas hasil panen serta ketersediaan tanaman dan lahan produktif.

This study was carried out to analyze the quality of college websites in Sumatra in terms of usability of the website. Results of the analysis presented as ranking using TOPSIS method. The object of this study was five university websites in Sumatra, Lampung University (UNILA), Medan State University (UNIMED), Andalas University (UNAND) Padang State University (UNP), and Sriwijaya University (UNSRI) with 7 criteria including accessibility, customization and personalization, download speed, ease of use, errors, navigation, and site content. Results of the research that has been calculated then ranked using TOPSIS. The results of the research show that UNAND’s website has the most excellent usability with value similarity to the ideal solution is 0.707. Compared with webometrics’ rank released in July 2021, there is a difference in ratings. Such differences may occur because the study was measuring the usability of its website and using TOPSIS method while webometrics uses different indicators. Penelitian ini menganalisa kualitas website beberapa universitas di Sumatera ditinjau dari usability website. Hasil analisis disajikan dalam bentuk rangking dengan menggunakan metode TOPSIS. Objek penelitian ini merupakan website Perguruan Tinggi di Sumatera, yaitu Universitas Lampung (UNILA), Universitas Negeri Medan (UNIMED), Universitas Andalas (UNAND) Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP), dan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa website UNAND memiliki usability yang paling baik dengan nilai similarity to ideal solution adalah 0,707. Dibandingkan dengan peringkat webometrics, terdapat perbedaan peringkat. Perbedaan tersebut dapat terjadi karena penelitian mengukur usability website dan menggunakan TOPSIS, sedangkan webometrics menggunakan indikator berbeda.
